Kenza Ameloot crowned Miss Belgium 2024

Kenza Ameloot was crowned Miss Belgium 2024 in a national competition held last February 24 at the Proximus Theater (formerly Plopsa Theater) in De Panne. The 22-year-old international business student from Ghent bested over 30 other contestants to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner, Miss Belgium 2023 Emilie Vansteenkiste. Estelle Toulemonde and Julie Mortier were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Arwen Van Gucht, Parnian Robatsarpooshi, and Marie Rousseaux rounded out the Top 5 finalists. The new Miss Belgium is expected to represent her country at the 73rd Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2024) pageant in Mexico this November. Mister International Belgium 2023 is Maksym Belevych

Maksym Belevych was proclaimed Mister International Belgium 2023 in a national competition held last June 25 in Lint, Antwerp. The 21-year-old actor and dancer hailing from Ukraine succeeds Niels van Dijk and will now prepare to represent Belgium at Mister International 2023 in Asia this September. Levis Owuor was named first runner-up while Fatjon Isufi and Florin Olimp were the rest of the finalists. Miss Grand Belgium 2023 is Albertina Rodrigues

Albertina Rodrigues was crowned Miss Grand Belgium 2023 in a glittering national competition held last June 25 at AED Studios in Lint, Antwerp. The 25-year-old model of Angolan descent succeeds Chiara Vanderveeren and will now prepare to represent Belgium at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam this October. Miss Exclusive 2023 is Barbara Roymans

Barbara Roymans bested 14 other finalists to be crowned Miss Exclusive 2023 (Miss Earth Belgium 2023) during Saturday's live telecast on Ment TV. The 25-year-old from Ronse who works as a project assistant for the Belgian railways will represent Belgium at Miss Earth 2023 which is expected to be held in Vietnam later this year. Jolien Pede, Tessa Denys, and Sarah-Maria Lux rounded out the Top 4 and were awarded the elemental titles of Miss Exclusive Air, Water, and Fire, respectively. The rest of the Top 8 finalists were Laurine Remans, Shana De Maeyer, Lisa Mele Perez, and Yari Bastiaens. Reigning Miss Earth Mina Sue Choi of Korea and  Miss International Jasmin Selberg of Germany graced the glittering show as special guests. Miss Exclusive 2023: Meet the 15 finalists

The Miss Exclusive 2023 (Miss Earth Belgium 2023) grand final will be held tonight in Zottegem with a live broadcast from 9 p.m. local time on MENT TV . A total of 15 selected contestants will battle it out for the national title currently held by reigning Miss Exclusive and Miss Earth 2022 Top 8 finalist Daphne Nivelles. In addition to Miss Earth, the Miss Exclusive organization has recently announced its acquisition of the license for another major pageant — Miss International. Miss Belgium 2023 is Emilie Vansteenkiste

Miss Vlaams-Brabant, Emilie Vansteenkiste, was crowned Miss Belgium 2023 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, February 11 at the Proximus Theater in De Panne. The 21-year-old Latin dancer and occupational therapy student originally from Elewijt in Flemish Brabant bested 31 other contestants to win the national title. She will either represent her country at Miss World or Miss Universe or both. Claire Lansenebre and Victoria Kembukuswa were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Cécile Deltour, Haifa Salem Ali, and Lena Forseille rounded out the Top 6 finalists. Last year's winner, Chayenne van Aarle was not able to pass the crown to her successor as she is still recovering from a serious car accident that happened a few days before the final competition. The show went as planned but faced some delays due to an arrest of a man in his 40s near the venue. He was suspected of an attack as he found a weapon in his possession and a second one in his vehicle.

Miss Belgium now recovering from serious injuries after car accident

Reigning Miss Belgium Chayenne Van Aarle was seriously injured after her car crashed into a truck outside Antwerp on Tuesday afternoon. The 23-year-old who competed in the 71st Miss Universe in New Orleans is due to relinquish her national title at Miss Belgium 2023 final this Saturday. According to reports, she was taken to the hospital unconscious from the sustained injuries on her face and the rest of her body but she is now in stable condition. The Miss Belgium Organization confirmed that the beauty queen is now "on the mend and everything is going to be fine" but in her current situation, it seems unlikely that she will crown her successor in the upcoming event. This was not the first car accident that happened to a national titleholder at the beginning of the year. Last month, Miss Wales 2022 Darcey Corria suffered a broken pelvis and two broken bones in her neck following an accident near Bridgend. Thirty-two beauties have been selected as official finalists for Miss Belgium 2023. The winner will have the opportunity to represent Belgium at the Miss Universe and/or Miss World pageants. The finalists are expected to be taken on a trip to Baron Resort in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, as part of their pageant activities leading up to the final show on February 11 at Proximus Theater in De Panne. Meet Miss International Belgium, France, Germany and Netherlands 2022

The representatives of Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands for the 60th Miss International pageant have been selected in a special event that took place last weekend at Beej Bertje in Maastricht. Loren Venx was named Miss International Belgium 2022 while Jasmin Selberg and Marisol Soliana were awarded the titles Miss International Germany and Netherlands, respectively. Joining them was Miss International 2020/2021 France Maya Albert, who won her own title last year in the northern french city of Roubaix. The "Miss International Festival" event was organized by pageant director Katia Maes, a Belgian native who is now based in the Netherlands. Loren, Jasmin, Marisol, and Maya are now preparing to represent their respective countries at Miss International 2022 in Tokyo, Japan this December. "It is a dream come true for me. Daphné Nivelles was crowned Miss Exclusive 2022 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, May 7 at Sotto's in Zottegem. The 21-year-old beauty from Sint-Truiden succeeds last year's winner, Nisa Van Baelen. She is an orthopedagogy student and businesswoman who owns the fashion store House of Edda. Camie Verheyen, Thanaree Scheerlinck, Danitsja Schoutteet, and Sarah Rottiers completed the Top 5 finalists. The new Miss Exclusive (Miss Earth Belgium 2022) is expected to represent her country at the international Miss Earth 2022 pageant later this year. The bilingual flight attendant from Antwerp succeeds last year's winner Kedist Deltour and will either represent Belgium at the next Miss Universe or Miss World edition. The Top 5 of the Miss Supranational 2021 Top Model competition have been announced on Wednesday, August 18 at the Hotel Beskid in Nowy Sącz. Louise-Marie Losfeld (Belgium), Alice Li (China), Darelys Santos (Panama), Karla Guilfú Acevedo (Puerto Rico), and Amelia Michael Sky (South Sudan) were named the Top Models of their respective regions. Miss Supranational Belgium 2021 Louise-Marie Losfeld was awarded Miss Photogenic during the Miss Supranational 2021 preliminary competition held at Hotel Beskid in Nowy Sącz on Tuesday, August 17. "Today was such an amazing day. We did the preliminary and I won the title of Miss Supranational Photogenic. I’m so grateful.
