Miss Philippines Earth 2022 is Jenny Ramp of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac

Jenny Ramp of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, bested 20 other finalists to be crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2022 on Saturday, August 6 in Coron, Palawan. The 19-year-old psychology student succeeds last year's winner Naelah Alshorbaji. She will represent the Philippines at the Miss Earth 2022 pageant. Jimema Tempra of Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, Angeline Mae Santos of Trece Martires City, Erika Vina Tan of Legazpi City and Nice Lampda of Bayugan City were named Miss Philippines Air, Water, Fire and Ecotourism, respectively. Kiara Liane Wellington of Cebu City, Jasmine Paguio of Fil-Com Toronto, Canada, Jennifer de Asis of Mandaluyong City, Micaela Legarda of Muntinlupa City, and Jarizz Borcelas of Sagay, Negros Occidental completed the Top 10. Manae Matsumoto bested 24 other finalists to be crowned Miss Earth Japan 2022 on Tuesday, July 26 at Hotel Chinzanso in Tokyo. The 25-year-old beauty representing Saitama succeeds last year's winner Konatsu Yoshida and will now prepare to represent Japan at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines. It's official, Vietnam to host Miss Earth 2023

Vietnam has been officially announced as host country of the 23rd Miss Earth (Miss Earth 2023) competition. The deal between Nova Entertainment President Truong Ngoc Anh and Carousel Production / Miss Earth Executive Vice President Lorraine Schuck was signed at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday, July 18. Reigning Miss Earth Destiny Wagner and Miss Earth 2020 Lindsey Coffey were also present during the special event. The details of the competition including the final date and venue are yet to be announced. Vietnam first hosted the Miss Earth pageant during its 10th anniversary edition held at the Vinpearl Land Amphitheater in Nha Trang. India's Nicole Faria won the historic event. Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 is Nong Thuy Hang, second runner-up Thach Thu Thao to compete in Miss Earth 2022

Nong Thuy Hang was crowned Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 in a glittering event held on Saturday, July 16 in Ho Chi Minh City. The 23-year-old beauty from the Tay ethnic group in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang is a graduate of the National Economics University. Luong Thi Hoa Dan, a 21-year-old student from the Kinh ethnic group in the northern province of Hai Duong, was named first runner-up. A 21-year-old student from the Khmer ethnic group in the Mekong Delta province of Tra Vinh, Thach Thu Thao, finished as second runner-up and was chosen to compete in Miss Earth 2022, possibly in the Philippines later this year. Reigning Miss Earth Destiny Wagner arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam together with former Miss Earth Lindsey Coffey on Monday, July 11. This is Destiny's second time to be officially invited to the country after her first visit last March, and also her first time together with her predecessor. The Miss Earth beauties will attend a press conference scheduled for July 12 and also grace the final of Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 (Miss Earth Vietnam) as judges. Brielle Simmons replaces Natalia Salmon as Miss Earth USA 2022

Miss Connecticut Earth, Brielle Simmons, who was a Top 4 finalist and was named Miss Earth USA - Water during the national competition held earlier this year, has been appointed as the new Miss Earth USA 2022. The 21-year-old student at St. John's University in New York majoring in legal studies with a focus on environmental law took over the title from Natalia Salmon for unknown reasons. Miss Earth USA organization made the official announcement last month. Brielle is the co-founder of Bringing Me Sunshine, a non-profit dedicated to combating homelessness and poverty, by providing environmental resources to children and families. She has earned the Presidential Bronze Service Award and is a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. To decrease her carbon footprint, she embraces a vegetarian lifestyle, shops locally, and rather walks than drives. The final competition of the Miss Beauty of the Netherlands 2022 pageant was held on Saturday, July 2 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. A 24-year-old interior designer from Dodewaard, Merel Hendriksen, was named Miss Earth Netherlands 2022 while a 17-year-old aspiring beautician from Houten, Floortje Timmer, clinched the title of Miss Teen of the Netherlands 2022. They will respectively represent the Netherlands at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines and Miss Teen International in India. Amber Rustenberg, Kim Hulshof, Dalia van Gessel and Beau Goos were the runners-up. A total of 24 finalists competed for the titles at stake during this year's national pageant. "What a night!
