Miss Poitou-Charentes 2023 is Lounès Texier for Miss France 2024

Lounès Texier was crowned Miss Poitou-Charentes 2023 with the presence of reigning Miss France Indira Ampiot of Guadeloupe in a competition held on Friday, September 1 at the Parc du Futuroscope in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou. The 18-year-old beauty from Périgné, Deux-Sèvres, beat 14 other competitors to win the regional title. She succeeds last year's winner Marine Paulais who placed in the Top 15 at Miss France 2023. Ondine Guerin was named first runner-up while Alizée Moreau, Manon Gilet, and Eva Da Silva were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Poitou-Charentes will now prepare to represent the administrative region on the southwest coast of France at Miss France 2024 on December 16 at the Zénith de Dijon in Dijon. Miss Midi-Pyrénées 2023 is Nadine Benaboud for Miss France 2024

Miss Gers, Nadine Benaboud was crowned Miss Midi-Pyrénées 2023 on Saturday, September 2 at the Château de la Garrigue in Villemur-sur-Tarn. The 22-year-old customer service representative, of Morrocan descent, succeeds last year's winner Florence Demortier, and will now represent the French region of Midi-Pyrénées at Miss France 2024 later this year. Blandine Abad was named first runner-up while Karen Traoré, Satyne Gomes, and Amélie Cuvellier were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. No stranger to pageantry, the new Miss Midi-Pyrénées was previously elected Miss Hautes-Pyrénées and went on to place second runner-up when she joined the regional pageant in 2021. Miss Mayotte 2023 is Houdayifa Chibaco for Miss France 2024

Houdayifa Chibaco was proclaimed Miss Mayotte 2023 in a glittering competition held on Wednesday, August 30 at Ibis Styles Mayotte Aéroport in Pamandzi. The 21-year-old beauty from Mtsangamouji bested nine other contestants to win the title. She was crowned by the reigning Miss France from Guadeloupe, Indira Ampiot. Neidja Maliki, 24, from Tsingoni, was named first runner-up while Maïla Boina, 25, from Tsimkoura, finished as the second runner-up. This year's theme of the regional pageant translates as "Renaissance: Mahoraise fashion through time." The new Miss Mayotte succeeds the 2021 winner Anna Ousseni and will now represent the overseas French department and region in the Indian Ocean at Miss France 2024 on December 16 in Dijon. The 20-year-old beauty from Saint-Paul bested 11 other competitors to win the title. She succeeds last year's winner Marion Marimoutou and will now prepare to represent the overseas region of Réunion at Miss France 2024. Miss Grand-Motte, Maxime Teissier, was crowned Miss Languedoc 2023 in a regional competition held on Friday, August 4 at Beaucaire's Place Georges Clemenceau. The 19-year-old equestrian from Montpellier succeeds last year's winner Cameron Vallière and will prepare for Miss France 2024 later this year. Ilona Fages of Pays de l’Herault was named first runner-up while Lysa Blanc-Nallé of Alés, Melissa Turblin of Béziers, and Eva Chapuis of Uzès were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The 25-year-old dentist from Eyragues succeeds last year's winner Chana Goyons and will now prepare to represent the Provence region at Miss France 2024 in December. The 22-year-old beauty from Ajaccio succeeds last year's winner Orianne Méloni and will now represent the mountainous Mediterranean island of Corsica at Miss France 2024 later this year. Karla Bchir edged out 13 other competitors to win Miss Côte d'Azur 2023 in a competition held on Sunday, July 30 at Arènes de Fréjus. The 19-year-old model and real estate student from Cannes succeeds Flavy Barla and will now represent Côte d'Azur at Miss France 2024 later this year. The runners-up were Doriana Bodart, Jade Gabet, Laurene Verrat, and Lou-Ann Huguet. Prior to winning her title, the new Miss Côte d'Azur was named Miss Cannes 2023 in June. She now joins recently crowned  Miss Guyane, Miss Guadeloupe, Miss Corse, and Miss Provence on the road to the national pageant this December. Jalylane Maës was crowned Miss Guadeloupe 2023 in a regional competition held on Wednesday, July 19 at Palais des Sports et de la Culture du Gosier. The 18-year-old student and TV presenter bested 11 other competitors to win the regional title. She succeeds last year's winner and reigning Miss France Indira Ampiot. Her court of runners-up consists of Vilynnda Michel, Mélina Le Tumelin, Williane Segor, and Dina Latchoumanin. "July 19th is a date that changed my life and that's all because of you. You brought me love from the beginning to election night and even more today," said the new Miss Guadeloupe. Diane Leyre to represent France at Miss Universe 2023

Former Miss France Diane Leyre officially announced on Monday, July 10 that she will represent her country at the 72nd Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2023). The 26-year-old model and radio personality from Paris posted a video announcement on social media. She said, "Proud to announce that I will represent France at the next Miss Universe competition." "A year after returning my crown, I never gave up my dream to go back on stage to represent our country internationally," she continued. "Next December, we will make our country's colors shine loud and clear," she added and went on to thank her supporters. Diane holds a degree in business administration from IE University in Madrid. In December 2021, she was crowned Miss France 2022 from a field of 29 competitors while representing Île-de-France at the Zénith de Caen in Caen, Normandy.
