Don't miss this chance to help your favorite contestant get closer to the coveted Miss Universe crown. To vote, simply go to the official Miss Universe website or app that you can download from the App Store or Google Play. You can get one free on the app while additional votes can be purchased. The contestant with the highest number of votes will earn a direct entry to the semifinals, to be announced during the 72nd Miss Universe final show on November 18 in El Salvador. Miss Palmela, Marina Machete was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2023 on Thursday, October 5 in Borba, District of Évora. The 28-year-old beauty bested 16 other finalists to win the glittering competition. Aside from the crown, she also bagged the Miss Beautifully Confident award. Her victory was historic as she became the first-ever transgender woman to become Miss Universe Portugal. Diana Lopes of Guimarães and Elisabete Abreu of Câmara de Lobos were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. Miss Denmark Organization officially announced Miss Denmark 2023 Nikoline Uhrenholt Hansen as Miss Universe Denmark 2023 on Tuesday, October 3 through social media. The 21-year-old beauty who hails from a small town in the north of Denmark is currently a student of marketing and economics in Copenhagen and also a receptionist and personal assistant at a cosmetic clinic. Apart from winning Miss Denmark in August, she also bagged the special award "Best Charity Ambassador" for her work with the Danish Heart Organization. Her advocacy for people with heart disabilities was inspired by her grandfather who had heart failure a few years back. Fresh from her Paris Fashion Week debut, the reigning Miss Universe R'Bonney Gabriel of the USA touched down in El Salvador for the first time today. According to the beauty queen, she will be in the Central American country for a week to start filming for the upcoming Miss Universe 2023 competition. "It is my first time here, I'm very excited, I've heard amazing things about El Salvador. I'm looking for some of the best pupusas here in the country and I'm looking forward to just exploring the beauty that this country has to offer," she shared on social media. Marielia Zaloumi was crowned Star GS Hellas 2023 (Miss Universe Greece 2023) in a national competition held on Thursday, September 28 at Vegas Live Stage in Tavros. The 20-year-old business management graduate and advocate from Athens competed against 17 other contestants to win the coveted title. She succeeds last year's winner Korina Emmanouilidou and will now prepare to represent Greece at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this November.
