The Miss Jamaica World 2022 final competition will be held on Sunday, December 4 at the Courtleigh Auditorium in New Kingston. A total of 13 beauties have been selected to take part in the upcoming national event where the opportunity to represent the "sprinting capital of the world" at the 71st Miss World pageant is at stake. One of them will succeed Miss Jamaica World 2021 Khalia Hall and set out to follow the remarkable footsteps of four former Jamaican Miss World winners Carole Crawford, Cindy Breakspeare, Lisa Hanna and Toni-Ann Singh. The Miss Jamaica World 2022 Beach Beauty Fast Track competition was held on Sunday, November 6 at Fort Clarence Beach in St. Catherine. A total of 13 finalists paraded their swimsuit bodies to secure a spot in the Top 10 in the upcoming final on December 4 in Kingston. Miss Howard Johnson Realty, Shanique Singh, was awarded first place, and Miss RE TV, Lineisha Davis, in second place. Miss Courtleigh Hotel Group, Garisha Grant, and Miss Interlinc, Tashwania Buchanan, tied in third place. Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2022 is Aché Abrahams

Miss Maracas Valley, Aché Abrahams, was crowned Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2022 in a glittering competition held on Sunday, November 6 at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Port of Spain. The 23-year-old creative artist, a mental health advocate, and social activist residing in Cantaro, Santa Cruz, beat 16 other finalists to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Jeanine Brandt and will now prepare to represent her country at the 71st Miss World pageant. Miss Cunupia, Dania Duntin and Miss Arima, Jemima Pierre were respectively announced as the first and second runners-up while Miss Claxton Bay, Janelle Pirmal and Miss San Juan, Savannah Sandy rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Miss World Belize 2022 is Elise-Gayonne Vernon

Elise-Gayonne Mariliz Vernon was crowned Miss World Belize 2022 on Saturday, October 29 at the Ramada Princess Hotel in Belize City. The 21-year-old farmer and beekeeper from the village of Biscayne in Belize District received the national crown from last year's titleholder Markeisha Young. "Thank you to everyone who played a significant part in my pageant journey. I could not have done this without your support," Elise wrote in a statement on social media. The new Miss World Belize will now prepare to represent the “Hidden Jewel” of the Caribbean and Central America, Belize, at the 71st Miss World pageant whose date and venue are yet to be announced. Business science student Paris Cawich was named Miss Global Belize 2022 and is expected to go to the international Miss Global 2023 pageant in Vietnam. The last of the five fast track challenges for the Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2022 pageant, the Talent Competition, was held on Sunday, October 30 at Estate 101 in Maraval. At the end of the impressive showcase of talents, the Top 3 were announced and they are Miss Carenage, Lystia Mulzac; Miss Cunupia, Dania Duntin; and Miss Maracas Valley, Ache Abrahams. Miss World Curacao 2022 is Nashaira Belisa Balentien

Nashaira Belisa Balentien was officially crowned as Miss World Curacao 2022 in a special coronation ceremony held on Saturday, October 29 in Willemstad. The 25-year-old philanthropist, entrepreneur, and future lawyer succeeded last year's titleholder Alvinette Soliana and will now prepare to represent Curacao at the 71st Miss World pageant. No stranger to pageantry, Nashaira previously held the title Miss Universe Curacao. She went on to participate in Miss Universe 2017 which was held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA but unfortunately missed placing in the Top 16. The new Miss World Curacao is passionate about helping other people. She started a foundation in 2013 and has been organizing projects in Curacao, Colombia, and some African countries. Her company, Pageant House Limited, is actively involved in philanthropy through the Pageant House Foundation. This challenge showcases the contestants' inspirational projects and the social causes they advocate. The winner will automatically earn a spot in the Top 10 which will be announced during the final on November 6 at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Port of Spain. Miss Botswana 2022 is Lesego Chombo

Lesego Chombo edged out nine other finalists to be crowned Miss Botswana 2022 on Saturday, October 22 at the Fairscape Precinct in Gaborone. The 24-year-old all-rounder beauty from Maun holds a law degree from the University of Botswana and is currently a practicing attorney at the High Court of Botswana. She will now prepare to represent her country at the 71st Miss World pageant, whose date and venue are yet to be announced. Tshepo Nthaga and Sebaga Manyapetsa were named the first and second princesses, respectively. Last year's winner Palesa Molefe passed the crown to her successor at the end of the event which was also attended by the reigning Miss World from Poland, Karolina Bielawska. Ada Eme, a 24-year-old model and event planner representing Abia, was proclaimed the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) 2022 in a glittering national competition held on Friday, October 21 at Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos. The new queen bested 36 other contestants to win the 34th MBGN edition and clinch the title of Miss World Nigeria 2022. She succeeds last year's winner Oluchi Madubuike and will now prepare to represent her country at the 71st Miss World pageant on a date yet to be announced.
