Miss Lesotho 2021 Tiisetso Seliane to compete at the 70th Miss World final in Puerto Rico

Tiisetso Seliane bested 10 other finalists to be crowned Miss Lesotho 2021 at the Manthabiseng Convention Centre in Maseru last May 29. The 24-year-old aspiring teacher from Hlotse is currently an education student at the National University of Lesotho (NUL). Poelano Mothisi was named the first princess while Rapelang Ntsane became the second princess. The new Miss Lesotho will represent her southern African country at the 70th Miss World (Miss World 2021) pageant later this year in San Juan, Puerto Rico. "I have always known that life will lead me to a career that will put me in front of people. I enjoy the freedom to be myself, loving, caring, crazy and loud," she said. No more minimum height requirement for Miss Universe Philippines 2021 pageant

Miss Universe Philippines organization has finally got rid of its minimum height requirements for this year's competition. Maria Thattil, Miss Universe Australia 2020 and 69th Miss Universe Top 10 placer, has lauded the national organization for changing its rules. The age requirement was also adjusted. Although the minimum age is still 18 years old but entrants should be under 28 years old at the time of the national pageant. Other requirements stayed the same. Entrants must be Filipino citizens and Philippine passport holders, at least a high school graduate and female, who has never been married nor has borne children. National director Shamcey Supsup-Lee's statement in an interview regarding transgender women became controversial. She said that they will accept transgender applicants as long as they can provide legal proof of being female and have already gone through reassignment surgery. Miss and Mister Supranational Thailand 2021 revealed

Thailand's representatives for the Miss and Mister Supranational 2021 have been officially announced. A 26-year-old public relations and image management graduate of Bangkok University, Benjarat Akkarawanichsil Aebi, was named Miss Supranational Thailand 2021. She succeeds Anntonia Porsild, who is currently the reigning Miss Supranational. The Mister Supranational Thailand 2021 title was designated to Nipun Kaewruan. He is a 19-year-old athlete and aerospace engineering student at Kasetsart University. Miss Earth Thailand 2021 holds press conference, final to be held in August

Miss Earth Thailand organization headed by Dr. Sirikan Onsonkarn of Siri Hotel Group held a press conference in Bangkok on Tuesday, June 8 to kick off Miss Earth Thailand 2021. The upcoming competition is going to be the first-ever national pageant for Miss Earth in Thailand under the new franchise holder. Applications are now open until June 30 and the announcement of the 30 finalists will be on July 10. The final competition will air live on PPTV this August 8 from the SHOW DC Hall in Bangkok. At the end of the event, two-time Miss Earth delegate and Top 20 semi-finalist Teeyapar "Nampetch" Sretsirisuvarna will crown her successor who will represent Thailand at the Miss Earth 2021 international pageant later this year. Mister Supranational India 2021 is Rahul Rajasekharan

Rahul Rajasekharan has been officially named Mister Supranational India 2021 on Tuesday, June 8. Mister Supranational India 2019 Varun Verma made the announcement via social media. The actor and model, who was born and raised in Bangalore, holds a bachelor's degree in business administration. He was first runner-up to Mr India 2015 and eventually Mr World 2016 Rohit Khandelwal. Rahul will now prepare to represent India at the Mister Supranational 2021 competition in Poland this August. Miss Slovensko 2021 finalists announced, final to be held in August

The official finalists of the 26th Miss Slovensko competition (Miss Slovensko 2021) were revealed last month at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Bratislava. Twelve beauties will be vying for the national title during the final competition on August 7. The prestigious event will be broadcast live on TV JOJ. The next Miss Slovensko will succeed Leona Novoberdaliu and is expected to represent Slovakia at the Miss World 2022 pageant. Miss Namibia 2021 is Chelsi Shikongo

Chelsi Shikongo edged out 14 other finalists to be crowned Miss Namibia 2021 on Saturday, June 5 at the Windhoek Country Club Resort and Casino. The 23-year-old beauty from Walvis Bay is an international model, full-time creator, and activist who founded I Can Say No, an empowerment campaign that promotes inclusive education. "I'm overwhelmed, I did not expect this, honestly, and I'm just excited to be representing Namibia as a goodwill ambassador," she said in an interview shortly after winning her title. Annerrie Mare and Michelle Mukuve were the first and second princesses, respectively, while Aurelia Samuyenga and Chane Ann Marshall finished in the Top 5. Aina Qureishi has been officially announced as Miss Pakistan World 2021 on Thursday, June 3. She succeeds Miss Pakistan World 2020, Areej Chaudhary. The 23-year-old model from Rawalpindi is pursuing a bachelor's degree in education. She is well-traveled and speaks Urdu, English, Punjabi, German, Chinese, and a little bit of Turkish. Aina is also expected to hold the title of Miss Earth Pakistan 2021 and will represent her country at the Miss Earth 2021 pageant on a date and venue yet to be announced. Former Miss World Greece Rafaela Plastira has been named Miss Universe Greece 2021. She succeeds Miss Universe Greece 2018, Ioanna Bella. The 21-year-old model was crowned Star Hellas 2019 and went to compete in the 69th Miss World pageant in London. She holds a degree in the management of social services and aspires to pursue postgraduate study in journalism. "My dream since a young girl has come true. I can't wait to represent my country again," she shared online. "This time it's gonna be very different for me. It will be my last pageant so I will give my all into it," she added. Andrea Romero has been officially named by Osmel Sousa as Reina Hispanoamericana Venezuela 2021 on Tuesday, June 1. The 24-year-old professional model holds a bachelor's degree in international studies. She was first runner-up in the first season of the czar of beauty's El Concurso. "Thankful to God for being present in these wonderful achievements of my life, I can't stop crying because of the emotion I feel," Andrea shared online.
