Jan Zowie Cruz was crowned Miss Earth Northern Marianas 2023 in a special event recently held by Exquisite Productions Marianas in Saipan. The 22-year-old beauty of Filipino descent and an advocate for trees and oceans succeeded last year's titleholder, Katherine Maria Johnson. No stranger to pageantry, Zowie previously joined the pageant in 2019 and bagged the Miss Water title. Meet the official delegates of the Miss Earth 2021 virtual competition from Bulgaria, Indonesia, Northern Marianas, and Peru: Miss Earth Bulgaria 2021 is 28-year-old Yuliia Pavlikova. She holds a doctorate degree in economics and is a member of the Fund for the Protection of Animals. Monica Francisca Khonado was appointed as Miss Earth Indonesia 2021. She is a host and moderator and founded the sustainability project Voice of Nature Indonesia. Crystal Fiona Rio was named Miss Earth Northern Marianas 2021 in a national competition held at the Hyatt Regency Saipan on September 18. The 18-year-old college student is currently working towards her master's degree in psychology. Miss Earth Peru 2021 is Briggitte Corrales, who is a graduate of business and marketing. At 26, she has established her own modeling production and created a beauty pageant for plus-size women to empower them and help them achieve their goals. Source: Miss Earth
