Reinas del Paraguay 2023: Meet the contestants

This year's Reinas del Paraguay competition is ready to crown the next set of women who will represent Paraguay at the Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, and Miss Earth pageants. Ten contestants have been selected to compete for the national titles currently held by Leah Ashmore (Miss Universe Paraguay), Dahiana Gatzke (Miss World Paraguay), Jazmín de la Sierra (Miss International Paraguay), and Macarena Tomas (Miss Earth Paraguay). Palawan's Angelica Lopez wins Binibining Pilipinas International 2023

Angelica Lopez was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2023 during the 59th Binibining Pilipinas edition on Sunday, May 28 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City. The 22-year-old model and psychology student from Palawan bested 30 other competitors to win the title. She will now prepare to represent the Philippines at Miss International 2024. Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2023 went to Anna Valencia Lakrini, 25, from Bataan. She will travel to Albania for The Miss Globe 2023 pageant. Katrina Anne Johnson of Davao del Sur and Atasha Reign Parani of General Trias Cavite were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Last year's winners Nicole Borromeo and Chelsea Fernandez, and runners-up Nicole Budol and Stacey Gabriel crowned their respective successors at the end of the glittering event. The Dabur Vatika Miss Nepal 2023 final competition was held on Saturday, May 27 at the Godawari Convention Hall in Lalitpur. Contestant number 17   Srichchha Pradhan, a Bennington College graduate with a degree in environmental studies, was proclaimed Miss Nepal World 2023. Raina Majgaiya, a commercial pilot, clinched the title Miss Nepal Earth 2023 while Prasiddhy Shah, also an environmental studies graduate, was named Miss Nepal International 2023. They are expected to represent Nepal at Miss World 2024, Miss Earth 2023 (Vietnam), and Miss International 2023 (Japan), respectively. A total of 24 contestants from around the country were selected to take part in the 27th edition of the Miss Nepal pageant. Last year's titleholders Priyanka Rani Joshi, Sareesha Shrestha, and Nancy Khadka crowned their respective successors at the end of the event. Jasmin Selberg visits the Philippines for Binibining Pilipinas 2023

Fresh from her trip to Vietnam, the reigning Miss International Jasmin Selberg arrived in Manila, Philippines on Thursday, May 25 for her first official visit to the country. The beauty queen will be attending as a special guest in the upcoming 59th edition of the Binibining Pilipinas pageant where the next representative of the Philippines for Miss International will be crowned. Upon her arrival at Novotel Manila in Araneta City, Jasmin met the reigning queens of Binibining Pilipinas and also reunited with former Miss International Philippines Hannah Arnold, a Top 15 semifinalist during last year's Miss International pageant in Tokyo, Japan. Reigning Miss International Jasmin Selberg visits Vietnam

Germany's Jasmin Selberg touched down in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday, May 22 for her first official visit to Vietnam since winning Miss International 2022 last December. Accompanied by Miss International executive Stephen Diaz, the Estonia-born beauty arrived wearing the Long Beach Pearl crown to a warm welcome from Vietnamese fans eagerly waiting for her at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. In a social media post, Jasmin shared a lovely message to fans. She wrote: "Cam on (thank you) Vietnam for welcoming me so beautifully. The hospitality of you really warms my heart." Miss World Vietnam 2022 second runner-up Nguyen Phuong Nhi has been officially announced as Miss International Vietnam 2023. The 21-year-old beauty from Thanh Hoá succeeds Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh and will now prepare to represent Vietnam at Miss International 2023 this October in  Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. Her official send-off and sashing ceremony will take place this Tuesday, March 23 at Sofitel Saigon Plaza in Ho Chi Minh City.
