Daria Gapska was crowned Miss Northern Ireland 2022 in a national final held at Europa Hotel in Belfast on Monday, May 23. The 20-year-old nursing student from Co Antrim bested 23 other contestants to win her title. She succeeds last year's winner Anna Leitch and will now prepare to represent Northern Ireland at the 71st Miss World pageant. Miss World Philippines 2022: Meet the finalists for Head to Head Challenge and Talent Competition

Maria Gigante of Cebu and Charyzah Esparrago of Taguig have been announced the Top 2 finalists at the conclusion of the Miss World Philippines 2022 Head to Head Challenge final round that took place on Monday, May 23 at Twin Lakes Hotel.  Angela Teng of Baliway, Bulacan, Ashley Subijano Montenegro of Makati, and Erika Kristensen of Carmona, Cavite were the rest of the Top 5. For the Talent Competition, 5 contestants emerged at the top from their presentations on Tuesday, May 24 at Hotel Lucky China Town. They are Alison Black of Las Piñas, Gwendolyne Fourniol of Negros Occidental, Paula Madarieta Ortega of Albay, Cassandra Bermeo Chan of San Juan, and Tsina Jade Chu of Iloilo Province. Miss Universe Croatia 2022 is Arijana Podgajski

Arijana Podgajski was crowned Miss Universe Croatia 2022 in a glittering competition held at the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb on Monday, May 23. The 19-year-old economics student and model from Krapina bested 12 other finalists to win her beauty title. She speaks English, likes to train at home, practice yoga, walk in nature, and read a good book. Klaudija Krezić from Sesvete and Veronika Đerek from Ivanić Grad were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Antonela Zvonković was awarded Miss Congeniality. The new Miss Universe Croatia succeeds Ora Antonia Ivanišević and will represent her country at Miss Universe 2022. Niek Muilerman (left) was named Mister of the Netherlands 2022 in a national competition held at Event Plaza in Rijswijk on Saturday, May 21. The 23-year-old "Most Handsome Man of The Netherlands" from Deventer succeeds last year's titleholder from Putten, Tjardo Vollema. Thijn Flesch took home the title Mister Teenager Netherlands 2022 while Jort Runia, Sil Jorna, Dylan Delano, and Rick Pruim were proclaimed runners-up. The winners of the competition are expected to represent the Netherlands at international male pageants such as Man of the World, Mister Global, and Manhunt International. Mexicana Universal 2022: Irma Miranda of Sonora to represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2022

Irma Miranda, representative of the state of Sonora, was crowned Mexicana Universal 2022 (Miss Universe Mexico 2022) at the Centro de Convenciones de San Luis Potosí (San Luis Potosi Convention Center) on Saturday, May 21. The 25-year-old TV host and business administration graduate bested 31 other contestants to win her title. She succeeds Débora Hallal of Sinaloa and will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2022 later this year. Itzía Garcia of Colima clinched the title Mexicana International 2023 (Miss International Mexico 2023) and will be sent to next year's Miss International pageant in Japan. It's officially confirmed that the 60th Miss International beauty pageant will be held on December 13 in Tokyo, Japan. The international pageant organization announced the final date and venue on Monday, May 23 after canceling for 2 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Almost 60 contestants have already been selected to participate in the upcoming edition with new countries are expected to debut such as Cape Verde and Uzbekistan while Seychelles is set to return after last competing in 1995. Miss Supranational Malaysia 2022 is Melisha Lin

A 24-year-old model, Melisha Lin, was named Miss Supranational Malaysia 2022 after gaining the highest position in the overall fan vote last May 14. The Malaysian representative to the upcoming Miss Supranational 2022 competition in Poland this July, edged out another contender for the title, Vinthiya Vasu. Melisha holds a degree in marketing management from the University of Greenwich. She is expected to be crowned in a ceremony in Kuala Lumpur this June with the renowned actress and former Miss Supranational Malaysia Sanjna Suri as a special guest. Thailand's representatives for Miss and Mister Supranational 2022 crowned

The Miss and Mister Supranational Thailand 2022 national pageant was held on Friday, May 20 at Show DC's Ultra Arena Hall in Bangkok. Praewwanich Ruangthong, 29, was named Miss Supranational Thailand 2022 while Yoyo Teenarupakorn Muangmai, 27, clinched the Mister Supranational Thailand 2022 title. They will represent their country at Miss and Mister Supranational 2022 in Poland this July. "Finally I’ve reached my dream, and I promise that I will do my best for Thailand in [Mister Supranational] 2022," the new Mister Supranational Thailand shared on social media after winning his title. The new Miss Supranational Thailand also took to social media to share a photo of her crowning moment and wrote "I did it" in the caption. "I AM SUPRA and I’m from Thailand. Next station is Poland," she said in another post. Reigning Miss Supranational Chanique Rabe, and former Miss Supranational queens Mutya Datul and Anntonia Porsild, were special guests at the event.

A send-off event was held for Miss Supranational Vietnam 2022 Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen and Mister Supranational Vietnam 2022 Dat Kyo who will represent their country at Miss and Mister Supranational 2022 in Poland this July. Darcey Corria bested 19 other finalists to be crowned Miss Wales 2022 in a glittering competition held at The Riverfront in Newport on Sunday, May 8. The 21-year-old model and advocate from Barry was born to a white mother and a father of Jamaican heritage. She became the first-ever woman of color to win the Miss Wales pageant.
