Miss Earth Slovenije 2022: Meet the 12 finalists

Miss Earth Slovenije 2022 (Miss Earth Slovenia) will be held on Saturday, October 8 at the La Vie hall in Kostanjevica na Krki. A total of 12 finalists were chosen to participate in the upcoming event and one of them succeeds last year's titleholder Asja Bonnie Pivk. The next Miss Earth Slovenije is expected to represent her country at the Miss Earth 2022 pageant in the Philippines this November. Miss Earth Poland 2022 is Julia Baryga

Julia Baryga has been officially announced as Miss Earth Poland 2022 on Thursday, September 22 and she will represent her country at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines this November. The 19-year-old industrial biotechnology student at the Lodz University of Technology was named the second runner-up during Miss Polonia 2022 national final in May. "It's official news - I will represent Poland at the Miss Earth 2022 final in the Philippines. Keep your fingers crossed for me," she announced on social media. Poland last joined Miss Earth in 2020 with Sabina Półtawska who placed in the Top 8. The country has yet to win the Philippine-based international pageant since joining for the first time in 2002. Its highest placement was in 2005 when Katarzyna Borowicz finished in the Top 4 and bagged the Miss Earth Water title. Filipino-Chinese Charmaine Maurice Fallaria Ng was crowned Miss Earth Singapore 2022 in a glittering competition that took place last night at the One Farrer Hotel. The 23-year-old registered nurse bested 13 other finalists to win the national title. She will now prepare to represent Singapore at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines this November. Priscilla Pang Xin Pei was named Miss Earth Singapore Air, while Alethea Yee, Anna Yang, and Xue Jing Pang clinched the titles Miss Earth Singapore Water, Fire, and Ecotourism, respectively. Last year's titleholder Ruth Isabelle d'Almeida relinquished her reign at the end of the event. Miss Earth Singapore 2022 final competition will be held tonight at the Grand Ballroom of One Farrer Hotel, Singapore. This year's pageant themed "Futurism: Shaping the Earth of Tomorrow" will be broadcast live on the official Miss Earth Singapore Facebook and Instagram page from 7:30 to 10 p.m. local time. A total of 14 finalists will be vying for the national title and the opportunity to represent Singapore at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines this November. Last year's titleholder Ruth d'Almeida will crown her successor at the end of the event. Diana Andimba (left) has been officially announced as Miss Earth Namibia 2022 on Monday, September 12, and she will go to the Philippines to compete for Miss Earth 2022 this November. The 23-year-old philanthropist, aspiring chef, and architect in training from Windhoek was the second runner-up during Miss Namibia 2022 pageant held last August 12 at the Windhoek Country Club Resort and Casino. For the first time in Miss Namibia's history, four representatives will represent Namibia on the global stage. Miss Namibia 2022 Cassia Sharpley, 21, will go to 71st Miss Universe, first runner-up Leone Van Jaarsveld, 26, to 71st Miss World, and Miss Teen Namibia Zoe Karsten, 17, to Miss Teen International 2022. The 25-year-old beauty from Medellín is a social communicator and journalist who holds a degree in journalism, neurolinguistic programming, and a specialization in early childhood care. She has worked as a TV presenter, professional model, and soprano singer. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and meditating. The Miss Divine Beauty 2022 national competition was held last Saturday, September 3 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi. A total of 27 finalists took part in the glittering event to win the titles at stake and the opportunity to represent India on the global stage. The Miss Ukraine Committee has officially announced that applications for Miss Ukraine 2022 edition are now open. Ukrainian women living in any country who meet all the requirements of the pageant may submit their applications. For safety reasons, this year's casting will be held in two formats - online and offline. Details on the competition including the final date and format are yet to be announced but they will most likely be based on the security situation in the country. Every year, the contestants of Miss Ukraine engage themselves in various charitable initiatives, but this year due to the current situation in Ukraine, the pageant will focus on helping displaced children affected by the military action.
