The Miss International Organization has revealed that the 60th Miss International pageant (Miss International 2022) will be held in Japan this December. There is no specific date and venue for the final yet but what is confirmed right now is that the competition will finally take place later this year. The organizers also said, "Prior to the arrival of all the delegates, we will make sure that each one has been taking part in various activities that promote the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals." Beauties For SDGs is Miss International's humble way to utilize our national titleholders' influence in spreading awareness, as well as actively taking part in SDGs initiatives in their own country or region. Miss International pageant was canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Thailand's Sireethorn Leearamwat is now considered its longest-reigning titleholder in history.
