Miss Turkey 2021 has crowned its official representatives for the next Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Supranational pageants on Wednesday, September 8 in Istanbul. Dilara Korkmaz, 23, Cemrenaz Turhan, 23, and Şira Sahilli, 21, were announced as Miss Turkey World 2021, Miss Turkey Universe 2021, and Miss Turkey Supranational 2021, respectively. Su Bige Korucu was named Miss Farmasi Turkey. While master's student Dilara will go on to represent Turkey at Miss World 2021 pageant in San Juan, Puerto Rico, engineering student Cemrenaz will travel to Eilat, Israel for Miss Universe 2021. Namibia's Chanique Rabe is the first-ever woman from her country to be crowned Miss Supranational and the second Namibian to win a major pageant after Miss Universe 1992 Michelle McLean. The 24-year-old edged out 57 other beauties from around the world to win the 12th edition of the international pageant. Chanique Rabe of Namibia bested 57 other contestants to win Miss Supranational 2021 on Saturday, August 21 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland. The 24-year-old beauty who was born and raised in Windhoek is an ambassador for Hope Village Orphanage and she teaches sewing to children through her own charity project called The Mending Project. Karla Guilfú Acevedo of Puerto Rico and Thato Mosehle of South Africa were the first and second runners-up respectively while Valentina Sánchez of Venezuela was the third runner-up, and Eoanna Constanza of Dominican was fourth runner-up. The new Miss Supranational is no stranger to pageantry as she previously held the titles Miss Teen Namibia 2014 and Miss Teen Continents 2015. Louise-Marie Losfeld (Belgium), Alice Li (China), Darelys Santos (Panama), Karla Guilfú Acevedo (Puerto Rico), and Amelia Michael Sky (South Sudan) were named the Top Models of their respective regions. Miss Supranational Ghana 2021 Verónica Sarfo Adu Nti was named Miss Talent on Wednesday, August 18 at the Hotel Beskid in Nowy Sącz. Shivali Patel (USA), Linda Sibrián (El Salvador), Queenie Benjarat (Thailand), and Jenelle Thongs (Trinidad and Tobago) completed the Top 5 finalists. The professional makeup artist and singer from Kokofu in the Ashanti Region, Ghana, will compete with 57 other beauties during the 12th edition of Miss Supranational on Saturday, August 21 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland. Miss Supranational Belgium 2021 Louise-Marie Losfeld was awarded Miss Photogenic during the Miss Supranational 2021 preliminary competition held at Hotel Beskid in Nowy Sącz on Tuesday, August 17. "Today was such an amazing day. We did the preliminary and I won the title of Miss Supranational Photogenic. I’m so grateful. The Final 10 contestants of the Miss Supranational 2021 Supra Influencer Challenge have been released by the Miss Supranational organization. They are Alice Li (China), Sophie Marie Dunning (England), Denisse Nicolle Ligpitan (Germany), Dísa Dungal (Iceland), Jessica Marie Hopper (Ireland), Phidelia Mutunga (Kenya), Solange Hermoza (Peru), Dindi Pajares (Philippines), Jenelle Thongs (Trinidad and Tobago), and Valentina Sánchez (Venezuela). Following the crucial closed-door interview, the all-important preliminary competition of Miss Supranational 2021 will be held at 1 p.m. CET (Poland time) today. The 58 contestants will be up for another round of pre-judging in swimsuits & evening gowns at the Hotel Beskid in Nowy Sącz. Miss Supranational third runner-up and Miss Universe second runner-up Janick Maceta, and Miss Supranational Caribbean Yaliza Burgos will host the event. Puerto Rico's Karla Guilfu was named Miss Elegance 2021 in a special red carpet event held at the Muszyna City Hall in Małopolska on Friday, August 13. Miss Supranational Philippines Dindi Pajares and Miss Supranational Dominican Republic Eoanna Constanza were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Over 50 contestants from around the world are currently in Poland competing for the coveted title of Miss Supranational 2021. Following their official sashing ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel in Krakow over the weekend, the contestants were taken to spectacular sightseeing. They visited the historical city of Krakow, the second largest and one of the oldest cities in the host country, and the famous Stacja Narciarska in Jaworzyna Krynicka where they enjoyed the clear views of the Tantra mountains and a thrilling 10-minute cable-car ride. Standouts are the Philippines, Belgium, Namibia, Puerto Rico, Thailand, USA, Indonesia, Netherlands, Dominican Republic, Romania, Peru, Brazil, Venezuela, Czech Republic, India, and Poland. The Top 10 finalist of the Miss South Africa 2021 national competition was virtually announced on Tuesday, August 3 on the pageant's online platform. Four finalists are from Gauteng, three from Western Cape, two from Eastern Cape and one from KwaZulu-Natal. They are Zimi Mabunzi, Jeanni Mulder, Bianca Bezuidenhout, Cheneil Hartzenberg, Kgothatso Dithebe, Catherine Groenewald, Moratwe Masima, Kaylan Matthews, Lalela Mswane and Tiffany Francis. The distinguished panel of judges includes former Miss South Africa titleholders Bokang Montjane-Tshabalala (2010), Liesl Laurie (2015), Melinda Bam (2011), and Tamaryn Green (2018). Dindi Pajares of Orani, Bataan has been officially announced as Miss Supranational Philippines 2021 on Saturday, July 24. The 28-year-old international flight attended and Philippine Air Force (PAF) reservist was voted by her fellow Miss World Philippines contestants. Miss World Philippines 2021 was scheduled to be held on Sunday, July 25 at Okada Manila but moved to August 8 due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The newly appointed Miss Supranational Philippines will represent her country at the Miss Supranational 2021 pageant in Poland this August. Natalia Balicka was officially announced as the newly appointed Miss Supranational Poland 2021 on Wednesday, July 7. The 21-year-old medical student from Poznan was first runner-up at Miss Polski 2020 won by Anny-Marii Jaromin. She will represent Poland at the Miss Supranational 2021 pageant to be held this August in Nowy Sącz. "I don’t have much time to prepare but thanks to the people who are surrounding me and helping me with preparing for the competition I know that I will show my best side," she said. Miss Florida, Sophia Acosta, bested 16 other contestants to win the title of Miss Supranational USA 2021 in a national competition held last June 19 in Rosemont, Illinois. The runners-up were Felicity Véliz, Natalie Iman Duvalsaint, Devon Caleyy and Alexis Orozco. Sophia is expected to represent the United States at the Miss Supranational 2022 pageant to be held in Poland. "I have no words to express how blessed and honored I feel after being crowned Miss Supranational USA. It has been a long journey of hard work, dedication, and determination.
