Miss Supranational Venezuela 2021 is Valentina Sánchez

Valentina Sánchez was crowned Miss Supranational Venezuela 2021 in a special competition aired by Globovisión on Thursday, May 27. The 25-year-old radio and TV producer, and international business specialist bested four other finalists to win the national title. Elizabeth Gasiba was named first runner-up while Verónica Dugarte finished as second runner-up. Dreissmar Soto and Nathaly Flores were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Supranational Venezuela is no stranger to pageantry as she won Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2014, placed second runner-up at Miss New Jersey USA 2020, and Top 5 finalist at Miss Venezuela 2020 pageant representing Nueva Esparta. Valentina succeded Gabriela De La Cruz and will now prepare to represent her country Venezuela at the Miss Supranational 2021 pageant in Nowy Sacz, Poland this August. Miss Philippines Earth 2021 official delegates announced

The official delegates of the Miss Philippines Earth 2021 national pageant have been revealed online on Monday, May 24. Sixty-eight beauties will be vying for the coveted titles at stake in a live virtual coronation on July 25. This year's pageant takes on the theme “Colors of the Earth” for its 21st edition. The next Miss Philippines Earth will represent the Philippines at the Miss Earth 2021 pageant whose date and venue are yet to be announced. Baguio City's Roxanne Allison Baeyens, who finished in the Top 4 during the Miss Earth 2020 virtual competition last November, will relinquish her reign at the end of the event. Miss South Africa organizers have announced that applications are now officially open for Miss South Africa 2021 competition. For interested applicants, you may submit your entries until midnight of June 24 and here are the easy steps to follow on how to apply: 1. Complete a few questions via online entry form. 2. Mariela Cerros was crowned Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2021 in a national competition that aired from the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Managua on Saturday, May 22. The 22-year-old marketing student from Nueva Segovia bested 11 other finalists to win her national title. She succeeded Sheynnis Palacios who will compete at Miss World 2021 in San Juan, Puerto Rico later this year. Kendal Suárez and María del Pilar Sequeira were named first and second runners-up, respectively, while Katherine Mora, Lyska Cuthbert, and Jatzary Salvatierra completed the Top 6. Miss Trans Pakistan 2021 is Shyraa Roy

Shyraa Roy has made history when she was named Miss Trans Pakistan 2021 over the weekend. The 25-year-old singer, actress, and producer based in Dubai became the first-ever transgender woman to hold the national beauty title in Pakistan. Shyraa is known for playing Sania in "Aks," Mohini in "Mohenjodaro" and a cameo role as Natasha in "Saaho." Her music singles include "Raat" and "Kamli." "It was unbelievable and I was shocked and I’m still amazed that something like this is even possible," she said in an interview about winning her title. It is indeed a "new era and a step forward to break stereotypes" for a country where transgender people and other marginalized minorities suffer discrimination and violence.
