The Mr World 2024 talent competition was held on Saturday, November 10 at the Imperial Hotel in Vung Tau, Vietnam. From over 30 who participated in the talent show, five finalists were announced. They are Hubert Gromadzi from Poland, Daryn Alexander from the USA, Tuan Ngoc Pham from Vietnam, Daniel Mejia from Puerto Rico, and Travis Edward from Vietnam. The winner will automatically advance to the Top 20 and will be announced during the final show on November 23 in Phan Thiet, a coastal port city in Southeast Vietnam. Jessica Lane from Australia was crowned Miss Earth 2024 in a grand coronation show on Saturday, November 9 at Okada Manila in the Philippines. The 21-year-old activist and journalist beat over 70 other contestants to win the international pageant. She made history as the first Australian woman to become Miss Earth. Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir of Iceland, Bea Millan-Windorski of the USA, and Niva Antezana of Peru were crowned Miss Earth Air, Miss Earth Water, and Miss Earth Fire 2024, respectively. After weeks of pre-pageant activities and events, the 24th edition of the annual Miss Earth pageant will culminate tonight at Okada Manila in the Philippines. Drita Ziri from Albania and her elemental court are set to crown their successors among 76 contestants from around the planet at tonight's final competition. The show will be hosted by Filipino actor and host Robi Domingo and will stream live on local channels and Miss Earth's official social media and streaming platforms. Chiara Wijntuin was crowned Miss Suriname 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, November 2 at the Assuria Event Center in Paramaribo. The 21-year-old student bested 14 other contestants to win the title and she is now expected to represent Suriname at Miss Universe 2025. Kyran Rampersad and Kimberly Kersting were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. Miss Universe Panama 2024 Italy Mora has spoken out for the first time since her departure from the ongoing Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico. According to Italy, she was informed by the Miss Universe Organization on Friday, November 1, before the Gala de las Catrinas event, that she had to leave the competition.
