Vanessa Pulgarín was proclaimed the winner of Miss Universe Colombia 2025 in a reality show broadcasted by Canal RCN on Sunday, September 28. The 34-year-old businesswoman, athlete, and model from Medellín, Antioquia will represent Colombia at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. Lattana Munvilay was crowned Miss Universe Laos 2025 last Sunday, September 21 at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Vientiane. The 31-year-old model and actress from Salavan province succeeds last year's winner Phiranya Thipphomvong. She will represent Laos at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Soudavone Inthavong of Luang Namtha and Lothjana Khounnavong of Houaphanh were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The Miss Universe Organization has officially confirmed that Puerto Rico will be the host country for the Miss Universe 2026 pageant. Puerto Rican politician Jenniffer González Colón also made an announcement in a conference held on Tuesday, September 23 in San Juan. The 75th Miss Universe edition will be held in November 2026 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot, the largest indoor entertainment and sports arena in Puerto Rico.
