Miss Cosmo USA Yolina Lindquist beat 70 other contestants to win the Miss Cosmo 2025 pageant on Saturday, December 20 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The 22-year-old from Illinois was crowned by her predecessor Ketut Permata Juliastrid from Indonesia. She became the first ever American woman to hold the international beauty title. Chelsea Fernandez of the Philippines finished as runner-up while Gabriela Borges of Brazil, Myint Myat Moe of Myanmar, and Italy Mora of Panama were the rest of the Top 5 finalists. Former Miss International Queen winner Solange Dekker was crowned Miss Cosmo Netherlands 2025 on Sunday, September 14 in Amsterdam. The 29-year-old human rights activist from the Dutch capital became the first transgender woman to participate in the Miss Cosmo pageant. She will represent the Netherlands at Miss Cosmo 2025 in Vietnam later this year. Solange succeeded Miss Cosmo 2024 Top 21 Serena Darder Aguilar who recently won Miss International Netherlands 2025 and will head to Miss International 2025 in Tokyo, Japan this November. The new Miss Cosmo Netherlands is no stranger to pageantry. She has previously won Miss International Queen 2023, a prestigious annual international beauty pageant for trans women in Pattaya, Thailand.
