Thailand's Worawalan Phutklang crowned 3rd Miss Planet International
Thailand's Worawalan Phutklang (Min Worawalan) was crowned Miss Planet International 2024 on Sunday, November 19 at Koh Pich Theater in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The 26-year-old beauty became the first Thai representative to win the international title. She succeeds Maria Luisa Varela of the Philippines. Loraine Lumatelli from Brazil was named first runner-up while the rest of the runners-up were from Vietnam, Katerun Kim Diep (second), USA, Angelica Briceno (third), Venezuela, Marian Perez (fourth), Japan, Yumiko Nishimori (fifth), and Russia, Alina Garaeva (sixth). Rounding out the Top 10 finalists were the contestants from Cambodia, Sindy Dam, Greece, Athanasia Kofinioti, and Ecuador, Martha Alvarez.
