Miss Charm Philippines 2023 is Annabelle McDonnell
Annabelle McDonnell has been officially announced as Miss Charm Philippines 2023 and will represent her country at Miss Charm 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The 22-year-old student pursuing a degree in consular and diplomatic affairs was named first runner-up while representing Misamis Oriental during the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 final in April. No stranger to pageantry, the UK-born Filipina beauty from Iligan City has conquered several local pageants in the past including Miss Iligan 2018, Miss Lanao Del Norte 2019, Miss Millennial Philippines 2019, and Miss Kuyamis 2022. Based in Vietnam, Miss Charm was founded and initiated by the company Miss Charm International.
