A  22-year-old real estate agent, Jearmanda Ramos, has been officially announced as Miss Grand Dominican Republic 2022. Jearmanda hails from the province of Puerto Plata and holds a bachelor's degree in international business. She will now prepare to represent the Dominican Republic at the 10th Miss Grand International competition to be held in Indonesia this October. Miss Grand International 2021 Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien returns home

Miss Grand International 2021 Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien has finally returned to her home country Vietnam a month after winning her international beauty title in Bangkok, Thailand. The Vietnamese beauty queen was warmly welcomed by her fellow countrymen during today's homecoming parade and ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City. She is expected to stay a few weeks in her country before flying back to Thailand where she is based during her reign. Tien bested over 50 other contestants to win her country's first Miss Grand International title in December of last year at the SHOW DC Hall in Bangkok. "Time flies so fast, can’t believe it’s been a month since the day I wear the crown. I will try my best on my reign to make you proud," she shared online almost a week before her homecoming. Miss Grand Indonesia 2022 is Andina Julie

After some deliberation and close interview with some contestants, Miss Grand Indonesia national director Ivan Gunawan appointed Andina Julie as Miss Grand Indonesia 2022. The 21-year-old model and singer from South Sumatra will represent her country at the Miss Grand International 2022 competition later this year. Andina succeeds Miss Grand Indonesia 2021 and Miss Grand International Top 10 finalist Sophia Rogan. Her official crowning ceremony will take place this February with the new crown. Vietnam's Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien wins Miss Grand International 2021

Miss Grand Vietnam, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, bested over 50 other contestants to be crowned Miss Grand International 2021 on Saturday, December 4 at the SHOW DC Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. The 23-year-old hospitality management student succeeds Abena of the United States of America. She's the first-ever Vietnamese woman to win the Miss Grand International beauty title. Ecuador's Andrea Victoria Aguilera finished first runner-up while Brazil's Lorena Goncalves Rodrigues was named the second runner-up. Vivianie Diaz Arroyo of Puerto Rico and Jeane Van Dam of South Africa were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively. The rest of the Top 10 finalists are from Cambodia, Pokimtheng Sothida (Miss Popular Vote), Costa Rica, Adriana Moya Alvarado, Indonesia, Sophia Louise Rogan, Spain, Alba Dunkerbeck Morales, and Venezuela, Vanessa Carolina Coello Coraspe. Indonesia to host Miss Grand International 2022

Indonesia has been officially announced as the host country of the 10th year anniversary of Miss Grand International. The announcement was made during the Miss Grand International 2021 final competition held at the SHOW DC Hall in Bangkok, Thailand on December 4. Miss Grand Indonesia National Director Ivan Gunawan was welcomed onto the stage during the show so MGI President Nawat Itsaragrisil can officially entrust the right to host next year's grand edition. The Miss Grand International 2022 final competition will take place on October 25, 2022, in the beautiful city of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Best in Swimsuit (Fan Vote) : Vietnam has won the most votes from fans for Best in Swimsuit followed by Cambodia and Indonesia while Guatemala and the Philippines completed the Top 5. National Costume Competition : The national costume competition was held on Tuesday, November 30 at the show DC Retail and Entertainment Mega Complex in Bangkok. Colorful and extravagant costumes that best represent their countries were showcased by the contestants during the show. Miss Grand International 2021 welcome ceremony and press conference was held on Thursday, November 18 at the Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort in Phuket, Thailand. Fifty-eight contestants wearing their stunning evening gowns and respective crowns arrived at the venue in a sports car. They raised a toast with the reigning queen Abena Appiah and MGI executives during the glittering event. Over 60 representatives from around the world are expected to arrive in Phuket, Thailand to compete for the Miss Grand International 2021 title. The Top 5 most voted contestants before arrival will have a special meal with the MGI executives. To vote, go to the official Facebook page of Miss Grand International, look for the album "VOTE for Top5 Before Arrival - MGI2021" then click like and share the photo of your favorite contestant. Voting ends on November 16 at 6:00 p.m. (Thailand time), just go to the official Facebook page of Miss Grand International. The final show of the 9th Miss Grand International will be held on December 4 in Bangkok. Abena Appiah of the United States will crown her successor at the end of the event. Indy Johnson was officially named as the newly appointed Miss Grand Thailand 2021 during a press conference held on Wednesday, October 6 at PM Center in Bangkok. The 24-year-old beauty from Bangkok represented Pathum Thani and placed as the first runner-up during Miss Grand Thailand 2020 competition won by her predecessor, Patcharaporn “Nam” Chantarapadit.
