Miss Grand Philippines 2024 is Christine Juliane Opiaza


Christine Juliane Opiaza was crowned Miss Grand Philippines 2024 on Sunday, September 29 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

The 25-year-old host, model and runway coach from Castillejos, Zambales beat 19 other contestants to win the national competition.

She succeeds last year's winner Nikki de Moura of Cagayan de Oro and will now represent the Philippines at Miss Grand International 2025 in Thailand this October.

Sophia Bianca Santos of Pampanga was named Universal Woman Philippines 2025 and will go to the Universal Woman 2025 pageant.

Anna Margaret Mercado of Quirino clinched the title of Miss Teen International Philippines 2025 and will compete in Miss Teen International 2025.

Jubilee Therese Acosta of Manila and Alexandra Mae Rosales of Laguna were the first and second runners-up, respectively.

Completing the Top 10 were Julianne Rose Reyes of Cavite, Geralyn de Klerk of Himamaylan, Jenesse Viktoria Mejia of Pangasinan, Selena Antonio-Reyes of Pasig, and Patricia McGee of Zambales.

This year's pageant was hosted by journalist Dyan Castillejo, radio DJ and actor KC Montero, and Miss World Philippines 2024 first princess Jasmine Omay.

The new Miss Grand Philippines also bagged the Best in Swimsuit, Miss Photogenic, Miss Multimedia, Miss Aqua Boracay, and Miss Mestiza awards.

She is no stranger to pageantry having joined Binibining Pilipinas 2022 and placed first runner-up at Miss Universe Philippines 2023.

Miss Denmark 2026 is Simone Julie Lythje from Silkeborg

The Miss Denmark 2026 pageant, celebrating its 100th anniversary, took place on Sunday, September 13, at the renowned Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen. Simone Julie Lythje, a 21-year-old teaching assistant from Silkeborg, Jutland, has been named the new Miss Denmark. She was presented with her crown by her predecessor, Josephine Bøttger, who recently participated in Miss World 2026 held in Vietnam. Another notable winner from the event was 23-year-old Anne-Marie Olsvig Lauritzen from Ilulissat, who earned the title of Miss Greenland 2026. USA wins back-to-back Miss International Queen titles

Lo Colby of the USA was crowned Miss International Queen 2026 on Saturday, September 19 at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Pattaya, Thailand. The Hawaiian-born Thai-American transgender beauty based in Los Angeles bested 26 rival contestants to win the coveted title. She also bagged the Best in Talent award. Daiana Stefani Pereyra has officially been named the new Miss Universe Argentina 2026 after the crowned titleholder Tamara Rogouski stepped down for personal reasons. The 28-year-old cabin crew competed for La Pampa and earned the first runner-up position at the national pageant in May. She will now gear up to represent Argentina at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant scheduled for Puerto Rico this November. Miss Finland 2026 is Veera Grönlund

Veera Grönlund, a 30-year-old from Helsinki, was crowned Miss Suomi 2026 (Miss Finland 2026) on Saturday, September 5, at Hybridiarena Hype in Espoo. The passionate animal advocate and aspiring veterinarian will represent Finland at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this coming November. Joheirry Mola Dominguez from the Dominican Republic bested 110 other contestants to win Miss World 2026 on Saturday, September 5 in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The 24-year-old model, teacher, news correspondent and advocate received the coveted crown and sash from her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand. Dylan Palmerini from France was declared the winner of the Manhunt International 2026 competition on Wednesday, September 9, in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
