The Señorita Panamá organization officially announced Linette Marie Clement Marciaga as Señorita Panamá 2023 (Miss International Panama 2023) on Tuesday, August 15 at Central Hotel Panamá in Panama City. The 26-year-old engineering student at Universidad Tecnológica de Mexico will now prepare to represent her country at Miss International 2023 to be held in Tokyo, Japan this October. No stranger to pageantry, Linette previously joined Señorita Panamá 2019 where she placed in the Top 12 and bagged the Best Body and Miss Congeniality awards. Ivis Nicole Snyder, a 25-year-old elementary school teacher and counselor, has been officially announced as Señorita Panamá 2022 (Miss Panama). Organización Señorita Panamá (Miss Panama Organization) made the decision to appoint last year's runner-up as the successor of Brenda Smith, the winner of Señorita Panamá 2021 and Top 16 semi-finalist at 70th Miss Universe, instead of carrying out a national competition.
