Reigning Miss Polonia Ewa Jakubiec has been officially appointed Miss Earth Poland 2023 and will soon head to Vietnam for the Miss Earth 2023 pageant. Ewa, a certified nurse with a specialization in anesthesiology and currently studying public health, was crowned Miss Polonia 2023 last June at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane. Hailing from the Opole region, the 26-year-old beauty is also a volunteer and the ambassador for various charities and health-related causes in her country. The 23rd Miss Earth final competition will take place in December at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Kornelia Gołębiewska was officially announced on Thursday, October 5 by the Miss Polonia organization as Miss Grand Poland 2023. The 23-year-old beauty was named the second runner-up during the Miss Polonia 2023 final show held at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane last June. She succeeds Natalia Gryglewska and will now head to Hanoi, Vietnam for Miss Grand International 2023 whose final is set for October 25. Ewa Jakubiec bested 19 other competitors to win Miss Polonia 2023 (Miss Poland 2023) in a national competition held on Friday, June 30 at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane. The 26-year-old model and certified nurse hails from a small town in the Opole region and currently lives in Wrocław. She is now expected to represent Poland at Miss World 2024. Natalia Grabowska and Kornelia Gołębiewska were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Sandra Samrowska and Agnieszka Orzoł rounded out the Top 5 finalists. The rest of the Top 10 were Weronika Falkowska, Julia Rychlik, Klaudia Archacka, Karolina Kulczyńska, and Linda Filipkowska. The Miss Polonia 2023 (Miss Poland 2023) final gala will be held tonight at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane. Hosted by reigning queen Krystyna Sokołowska, former titleholder Izabella Krzan, Polish presenter Aleksander Sikora and journalist Mateusz Szymkowiak, the show will air live from 8:10 p.m. local time on TVP2. Special guest performers include Doda, Komodo, Piotr Kupicha, and Dominik Dudek while reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska will be part of the distinguished panel of judges. Julia Baryga has been officially announced as Miss Earth Poland 2022 on Thursday, September 22 and she will represent her country at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines this November. The 19-year-old industrial biotechnology student at the Lodz University of Technology was named the second runner-up during Miss Polonia 2022 national final in May. "It's official news - I will represent Poland at the Miss Earth 2022 final in the Philippines. Keep your fingers crossed for me," she announced on social media. Poland last joined Miss Earth in 2020 with Sabina Półtawska who placed in the Top 8. The country has yet to win the Philippine-based international pageant since joining for the first time in 2002. Its highest placement was in 2005 when Katarzyna Borowicz finished in the Top 4 and bagged the Miss Earth Water title. Former Miss Polonia, Natalia Gryglewska, has been officially announced by the Miss Polonia organization on Thursday, August 4 as the newly appointed Miss Grand Poland 2022. The 24-year-old beauty is a model, clinical dietitian and personal trainer from Lublin. She was crowned Miss Polonia 2020/21. As the new Miss Grand Poland, Natalia is expected to represent her country at the 10th Miss Grand International (Miss Grand International 2022) pageant in Indonesia this October. Krystyna Sokołowska was crowned Miss Polonia 2021/2022 in a national competition held at the OSiR Sports and Spectacle Hall in Włocławek on Friday, May 27. The 25-year-old student and sports club owner from Białystok edged out 19 other beauties to win her title. She succeeds last year's winner, Natalia Gryglewska. Karolina Malina of Kołobrzeg and Julia Baryga of Łódź were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Klaudia Andrzejewska of Włocławek and Sylwia Bober of Biłgoraj completed the Top 5. Miss Polonia 2019 and reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska was present as a special guest at the glittering event. The new Miss Polonia was a former Miss Earth Poland winner who placed in the Top 10 at Miss Earth 2019 pageant held in the Philippines. It is not yet confirmed which international competition Krystyna will be sent to. Miss Polonia organization currently holds the national franchise for Miss World, Miss Intercontinental, and Miss Grand International pageants.

Almost 2 weeks after winning the 70th Miss World pageant in Puerto Rico, Karolina Bielawska has returned to her home country. Fresh from London, the 23-year-old Polish beauty arrived at Warsaw Chopin Airport on Sunday, March 27. She was warmly received by her friends, family, and members of the media in an evening of emotions and joy. The next day, a press conference was held in Poland's capital city which was also attended by Miss Polonia organizers and Miss World CEO Julia Morley. A dietetics graduate and model from Częstochowa, Natalia Gryglewska, was crowned Miss Polonia 2020 in a glittering competition held on Monday, March 8 at the Grand Theatre in Łódź. The 22-year-old beauty who is currently pursuing a master's studies in Warsaw succeeded Miss Polonia 2019 Karolina Bielawska and will now prepare to represent Poland at the 70th Miss World pageant to be held later this year. Klaudia Wonatowska and Faustyna Wespińska were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Around 20 candidates battled it out for the national crown worth over PLN 50,000. Miss Polonia is one of the older national pageant in Poland with the first edition held in 1929. Past winners include Ewa Wachowicz, Rozalia Mancewicz, Marcelina Zawadzka, Paulina Krupińska, Izabella Krzan, Agata Biernat and Milena Sadowska.
