Lalela Mswane arrives in Jakarta for Puteri Indonesia 2023

Reigning Miss Supranational Lalela Mswane of South Africa arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia 2023 on Wednesday, May 17 to grace the Puteri Indonesia 2023 pageant. The South African beauty reunited upon her arrival at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Terminal 3 with her supra sister Adinda Cresheilla, reigning Miss Supranational Indonesia and Miss Supranational 2022 third runner-up. Also, present to welcome her and Miss Charm 2023 Luma Russo from Brazil was Puteri Indonesia 2022 Laksmi DeNefee Suardana, who represented Indonesia at the 71st Miss Universe pageant in New Orleans last January. Including Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selber of Germany, the reigning international queens will be special guests during the 26th Puteri Indonesia final this Friday, May 19 at the Jakarta Convention Center. Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane to be VIP guest and judge at the first Mister Supranational South Africa pageant The reigning Miss Supranational and South Africa's very own, Lalela Mswane, will be the VIP guest and judge at the inaugural edition of Mister Supranational South Africa in Johannesburg this weekend. The reigning Miss Supranational, Lalela Mswane, touched down at Gaborone's Sir Seretse Khama International Airport for her 2-day visit to Botswana. It is the first time a Miss Supranational winner is visiting the country. Welcomed by a group of traditional dancers and the 12 finalists competing for the Miss Supranational Botswana 2023 title, Mswane excitedly joined in with the dancers to the delight of the onlookers. Lalela will be in the Dutch Caribbean island from February 16 to 23 as a special guest of the Miss Supranational Curaçao Organization in collaboration with the Curacao Tourist Board. South Africa's reigning Miss Supranational Lalela Mswane will touch down in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday, November 28 for her first-ever visit to Vietnam. The beauty queen will be the VIP guest at the Harper's Bazaar Star Awards 2022, an event celebrating the people and organizations who made outstanding contributions to Vietnam's luxury market. She will be opening the fashion show and walk for one of Vietnam's top fashion designers. Lalela will also be shooting for several top fashion magazines, including the cover of Harper's Bazaar Vietnam. The 25-year-old arrived at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg on Friday, July 29. She was warmly welcomed by her friends, family, acting CEO of Brand South Africa Sithembile Ntombela, and the Miss South Africa organizers. At a press conference, Lalela reiterated that her win was not only for herself but for South Africa as a whole. Lalela Mswane from South Africa was crowned Miss Supranational 2022 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland on Friday, July 15. The 25-year-old law graduate and model who hails from Richards Bay in the KwaZulu-Natal province bested 68 other contestants from around the world to win her country's first Miss Supranational crown. She succeeds last year's winner from Namibia, Chanique Rabe. Praewwanich Ruangthong of Thailand was named first runner-up while Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen of Vietnam finished second runner-up. The representatives from Venezuela, Ismelys Velásquez, and Indonesia, Adinda Cresheilla were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively. Completing the Top 12 were Colombia, Czech Republic, India, Kenya, Mauritius, Peru, and Poland. Miss Supranational 2022, the 13th edition of the Polish-based international pageant, is taking place tonight at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Sixty-nine contestants from around the world are competing for the international crown. Three countries that debuted this year are Cambodia, Kyrgyzstan, and Lesotho.
