Out of 180 confidently beautiful divas, only 16 will now move on to the LIVA Miss Diva 2023 (Miss Universe India 2023) competition following a final round of auditions held on Wednesday, August 9 in the "City of Dreams" Mumbai. Led by CEO Stephanie Weil, the Miss South Africa organization officially unveiled a new crown called "Mowana" at a ceremony held on Monday, August 7 in Johannesburg. Sponsored by Ursula Pule, creative director of Nungu Diamonds, the beautiful masterpiece was inspired by the "Tree of Life" known as the baobab trees. Present during the unveiling event were Miss South Africa 2023 finalists and newly arrived reigning Miss Universe R'Bonney Gabriel who flew all the way from Bangkok. The baobab is revered just as women, who are cherished as sources of life and positivity, are. Both are symbols of strength and resilience. Following rounds of casting, a total of 32 finalists from 16 Polish provinces have been chosen to compete for the title of Miss Polski 2023 (Miss Poland 2023). They will undergo training and preparations leading up to the national final on July 16 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska. Aleksandra Klepaczka, last year's winner who participated in Miss Universe 2022 and will soon take part in Miss Supranational 2023, will crown her successor at the end of the event.
