Giulia Zanoni from El Salvador was crowned Miss Teen Mundial 2023 on Saturday, September 20 at the World Trade Center in Willemstad, Curacao. The 18-year-old sophomore student succeeds last year's winner  Mariona Juncosa Ramirez from the Dominican Republic. She is the first representative from her country to win the international pageant for teenagers. Ambar Ursulita Tovar of Curacao was named first runner-up while Briyitte Ocasio of Puerto Rico, Unamanda Vilakazi of South Africa, and Sofia Berrio-Lemm of Panama were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. This year's event marked the 9th edition of the annual Miss Teen Mundial pageant. A total of 25 contestants took part in the competition. Mariona Juncosa Ramírez of the Dominican Republic was crowned Miss Teen Mundial 2022 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, July 30 in San Salvador, El Salvador. The 16-year-old model and student succeeds last year's winner from Peru, Solana Costa. Leylani Leyton of Nicaragua and Da-Xia'N Philipa of Curacao were the first and second runners-up, respectively.
