The final date and venue for this year's Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants have been officially revealed on Monday, September 15. Reno, Nevada will once again host the prestigious national events for the fourth time after 2019, 2022, and 2023. It is a tourist destination known for its casino gambling and proximity to Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada. Miss Teen USA 2025 will take place at the Grand Sierra Resort on October 23 while the much awaited Miss USA 2025 final show will happen on October 24. The competitions will be the first edition of Miss USA and Miss Teen USA under the directorship of Thomas Brodeur, who acquired the franchise from previous national director Laylah Rose. The next Miss USA will succeed Alma Cooper and will represent the USA at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. Miss Fairfield USA Jenna Hofmann was crowned Miss Connecticut USA 2025 on Sunday, January 26 at the Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport in Windsor, Connecticut. The 23-year-old real estate professional, originally from New York, will now prepare to represent Connecticut at the Miss USA 2025 pageant. She succeeds last year's winner Shavana Clarke. Amber Corbett (Fairfield County) was named first runner-up while Samantha Labonne (Southbury), Christina Judd (New Haven County), and Samantha Sarelli (Westport) were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.
