Cyrille Payumo was crowned Miss Universe Philippines - Pampanga 2024 on Friday, January 19 at the Royce Hotel and Casino in Mabalacat, Pampanga. The 26-year-old fashion model from Porac bested 14 other competitors to win the beauty title. She also bagged the Best in Long Gown, Miss Photogenic, and Miss Luxe Slim awards. Andra Ting of the Municipality of San Fernando clinched the title The Miss Philippines Pampanga 2024 and will go to the next edition of The Miss Philippines pageant. Gwen Tuazon of the Municipality of Guagua and Rena Flores of the Municipality of Apalit were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. No stranger to pageantry, the new Miss Universe Philippines - Pampanga was first runner-up at Mutya ng Pilipinas 2019 and went on to win Miss Tourism International 2019 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In 2022, she participated in Binibining Pilipinas and a few months later was appointed by the Mutya ng Pilipinas organization to compete in the World Top Model 202
