Miss Virginia USA 2023 is Ashley Williams
Florida native Ashley Williams was crowned Miss Virginia USA 2023 on Sunday, April 30 at the Merchant Hall of the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas. The 24-year-old former NFL cheerleader for Miami Dolphins holds a degree in psychology from the University of Florida. She will now represent Virginia at Miss USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada.
