Miss Polonia 2024 is Maja Klajda

Maja Klajda was crowned Miss Polonia 2024 (Miss Poland) in a glittering national competition held on Friday, June 28 in Warsaw. The 21-year-old psychology student hailing from Łęczna in the Lublin province succeeds last year's winner Ewa Jakubiec and is now expected to represent Poland at the 72nd Miss World. Agata Kwiecień and Emily Reng were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Laura Brzezińska and Aleksandra Wielogórska rounded out the Top 5 finalists. This year's competition marked the 95th edition of the annual Miss Polonia pageant. A total of 24 finalists were selected to take part in the event. Former Miss World Karolina Bielawska of Poland and reigning Miss Earth Drita Ziri of Albania were part of the distinguished panel of judges. The Miss Polonia organization is also licensed to send Polish representatives to Miss Earth, Miss Grand International, Miss Charm, and Miss Intercontinental. Miss Polonia 2023 is Ewa Jakubiec

Ewa Jakubiec bested 19 other competitors to win Miss Polonia 2023 (Miss Poland 2023) in a national competition held on Friday, June 30 at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane. The 26-year-old model and certified nurse hails from a small town in the Opole region and currently lives in Wrocław. She is now expected to represent Poland at Miss World 2024. Natalia Grabowska and Kornelia Gołębiewska were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Sandra Samrowska and Agnieszka Orzoł rounded out the Top 5 finalists. The rest of the Top 10 were Weronika Falkowska, Julia Rychlik, Klaudia Archacka, Karolina Kulczyńska, and Linda Filipkowska. Krystyna Sokołowska, last year's winner who will participate in the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023) in India later this year, crowned her successor at the end of the glittering event. The Miss Polonia 2023 (Miss Poland 2023) final gala will be held tonight at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane. Hosted by reigning queen Krystyna Sokołowska, former titleholder Izabella Krzan, Polish presenter Aleksander Sikora and journalist Mateusz Szymkowiak, the show will air live from 8:10 p.m. local time on TVP2. Special guest performers include Doda, Komodo, Piotr Kupicha, and Dominik Dudek while reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska will be part of the distinguished panel of judges. 70th Miss World Karolina Bielawska visits Monterrey, Mexico

70th Miss World Karolina Bielawska touched down in Monterrey, the capital of the northeastern Mexican state of Nuevo León at the start of her 5-day visit to the country. The Polish beauty queen was also reunited with her Miss World sister Karolina Vidales (the reigning Miss World Mexico and 70th Miss World Top 6 finalist). They both took the opportunity to catch up while enjoying the afternoon sunshine in the beautiful Santa Lucia Park which hosts the annual Santa Lucia International Festival. The famous festival is the biggest cultural event in Nuevo León. It is a celebration of young performers, artists, and international cultural activities with exhibits and performances not only taking place in the park but throughout the surrounding streets. Karolina's visit to Mexico is another addition to her record-breaking number of visited countries during her remarkable year as Miss World titleholder. Miss Polonia 2022 is Krystyna Sokołowska

Krystyna Sokołowska was crowned Miss Polonia 2021/2022 in a national competition held at the OSiR Sports and Spectacle Hall in Włocławek on Friday, May 27. The 25-year-old student and sports club owner from Białystok edged out 19 other beauties to win her title. She succeeds last year's winner, Natalia Gryglewska. Karolina Malina of Kołobrzeg and Julia Baryga of Łódź were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Klaudia Andrzejewska of Włocławek and Sylwia Bober of Biłgoraj completed the Top 5. Miss Polonia 2019 and reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska was present as a special guest at the glittering event. The new Miss Polonia was a former Miss Earth Poland winner who placed in the Top 10 at Miss Earth 2019 pageant held in the Philippines. It is not yet confirmed which international competition Krystyna will be sent to. Miss Polonia organization currently holds the national franchise for Miss World, Miss Intercontinental, and Miss Grand International pageants.

Miss World 2022 Karolina Bielawska visits Ecuador

Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska has arrived in Ecuador as a special guest in the upcoming Concurso Nacional de Belleza Ecuador (CNB Ecuador) 2022 national pageant. Karolina's one-week tour of the South American country includes a reunion with her Miss World sister Amar Pacheco Ibarra, a meeting with the vice mayor of Guayaquil Josué Sánchez, a visit to the chocolate museum, and a trip to the Galápagos Islands as part of a marine conservation project. The Polish beauty was also invited to present computer tablets to more than 100 deserving young people in a project that is dedicated to supplying a tablet and WiFI package to every disadvantaged young person in the city of Guayaquil. Following her successful homecoming in Poland, 70th World Karolina Bielawska went to Bucharest, Romania as a special guest for the charity called "Close to Ukraine" organized by the Romanian Hotel Industry Federation. The charity event was held to raise funds to support the Ukrainian refugees coming to the country as well as to help children with cancer and their families through the Magic Foundation. Almost 2 weeks after winning the 70th Miss World pageant in Puerto Rico, Karolina Bielawska has returned to her home country. Fresh from London, the 23-year-old Polish beauty arrived at Warsaw Chopin Airport on Sunday, March 27. She was warmly received by her friends, family, and members of the media in an evening of emotions and joy. The next day, a press conference was held in Poland's capital city which was also attended by Miss Polonia organizers and Miss World CEO Julia Morley. Karolina was crowned Miss World last March 16 and brought home her country's second Miss World title after 33 years. Miss World 2022 Karolina Bielawska visits Polish donation center in London

Newly crowned Miss World Karolina Bielawska has visited the Polish White Eagle Club in London to support their appeal to help the people of Ukraine. Karolina visited the club to see the wonderful work being completed by the Polish Community. She also helped pack boxes, thanked those who have given their time, and pledged to come back soon to help more. "We visited White Eagle Club. Their mission is to serve those on the ground who are affected by the conflict in Ukraine through the provision of much needed supplies," she wrote on her social media account. "During this difficult time this unique place became a symbol of solidarity, service and support," she added. Poland's Karolina Bielawska has been crowned the 70th Miss World (Miss World 2022) at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Wednesday, March 16. The 23-year-old model and master's degree student in management from the central Polish city of Lodz succeeds the longest-reigning Miss World from Jamaica, Toni-Ann Singh. "I still cannot believe it.
