Ilyas Chaouki was proclaimed Mister International Netherlands 2023 last July 1 at the Zalencentrum De Brug in Reeuwijk. The 21-year-old Dutch-Moroccan model and restaurant employee will now prepare to represent the Netherlands at Mister International 2023 pageant in Asia this September. He succeeds last year's winner and Mister International 2022 Top 16 semifinalist Iliya Shahedi. "Yesterday evening was something incredible. Shivers are still running through my body," the new Mister International Netherlands shared on social media after winning the competition. "This has been an incredible 2-month journey, meeting great people, gaining a ton of experience and a lot of joyful memories with new friends," he wrote in another post. "Let's get ready for that international stage and let's make the Netherlands proud," he added. Alongside Mister International Netherlands, Mister Senior Netherlands 2023 was also held and the title went to Hedwig Binda.

Luca Derin was officially announced as Mister Supranational Netherlands 2023 on Sunday, April 9 at Addict (beauty salon) in Haarlem, Amsterdam. The 26-year-old former "Love Island" contestant from Sittard, Limburg, succeeded last year's titleholder Fransel Meyers and will now represent the Netherlands at Mister Supranational 2023 in Poland this July. No stranger to pageantry, Luca previously held the title Manhunt Netherlands and went on to compete during the Manhunt International 2018 held in Gold Coast, Australia where he finished as second runner-up. Iliya Shahedi was named Mister International Netherlands 2022 on Saturday, September 17 in a competition held at Zalencentrum De Brug in Reeuwijk. The 23-year-old fitness enthusiast of Persian descent succeeds last year's winner Mike Van Doorn and he will now prepare to represent the Netherlands at the 14th Mister International pageant in the Philippines this October. At the same event, Franklin Lopes and Kenji Schoonderwoerd respectively clinched the titles Mister Senior and Junior Netherlands 2022. "Words can not describe how happy I am to win the title," the new Mister International Netherlands wrote in a statement on social media. Iliya is not a stranger to pageantry. Misters of the Netherlands 2022 finalist Cas Hagman (left) has been officially announced as Manhunt Netherlands 2022. The 23-year-old accountant from Rotterdam will travel to the Philippines this September to represent the Netherlands at the 21st Manhunt International pageant. Paul Luzineau, also from the Netherlands, is currently the reigning Manhunt International titleholder. He was the first representative from his country to win the title in 2020. The international male pageant was not held in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 21st Manhunt International edition will take place on October 1 at Okada Manila. Over 30 male models from around the world are expected to compete for the title. Niek Muilerman (right) was named Mister of the Netherlands 2022 in a national competition held at Event Plaza in Rijswijk on Saturday, May 21. The 23-year-old "Most Handsome Man of The Netherlands" from Deventer succeeds last year's titleholder from Putten, Tjardo Vollema. Thijn Flesch took home the title Mister Teenager Netherlands 2022 while Jort Runia, Sil Jorna, Dylan Delano, and Rick Pruim were proclaimed runners-up. The winners of the competition are expected to represent the Netherlands at international male pageants such as Man of the World, Mister Global, and Manhunt International. Mike van Wijk has been named the new Mister Global Netherlands and will represent his country at the 7th Mister Global pageant in Thailand next month. The 22-year-old entrepreneur from Sint-Michielsgestel currently works in construction and plans to open his own personal trainer studio in the future. He was a runner-up in Misters of the Netherlands 2021 and was originally supposed to join 21th edition of Manhunt International. Mister Global pageant will be hosting its 7th edition on March 15 in Mahasarakham, Thailand. More than 30 inspiring gentlemen from around the world are expected to compete for the coveted international title.
