Mrs. America 2023 is Regina Stock from Texas

Mrs. Texas America Regina Stock was crowned Mrs. America 2023 in a national competition held on Saturday, August 26 at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Nevada. The 27-year-old mother of four hailing from Odessa, Texas edged out over 40 other competitors to win the coveted national title. She succeeds last year's winner Nicole Zwiercan of Illinois. Shelby Petey of California and Brandi DeVries of Minnesota were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. Completing the Top 6 finalists were Keri Sanders of Alabama, Tatiana Kharina of Connecticut, and Tomilynn Clark of Nevada. The rest of the Top 15 semifinalists were from the District of Columbia, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. No stranger to pageantry, the new Mrs. America is a former contestant at Miss Texas USA. She previously held the titles Miss Big Bend, Miss Permian Basin, and Miss Ector County. Mrs. Illinois, Nicole Zwiercan, from Homer Glen, was crowned Mrs. America 2022 on Saturday, August 20 at the West Gate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Nevada. Jennifer Ruhnke of Nevada and Yana Jones of Indiana were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while the representatives of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Texas completed the Top 6. Last year's titleholder Jackie Green relinquished her reign at the end of the event. The new Mrs. America holds a degree in studio fine arts and art history, as well as a degree in science and dental hygiene. She is an impactful titleholder, spokesperson, advocate, and community leader who proudly advocates for community inclusivity and accessibility, especially for disabled individuals. Nicole has dedicated her life’s work to her passion for inspiring a more kind and inclusive world by working with foundations such as Special Olympics, and the Center for Independence Through Conductive Education.
