Miss Universe Panama 2023 is Natasha Vargas

Miss Los Santos, Natasha Vargas was crowned Miss Panama 2023 (Miss Universe Panama 2023) in a glittering competition held on Wednesday, September 13 at the Teatro Anayansi (Centro de Convenciones de Atlapa) in Panama City. The 25-year-old journalism graduate bested 14 other competitors to win the national title. She succeeds Solaris Barba and will now prepare to represent Panama at Miss Universe 2023 this November in El Salvador. Katherine Fuentes of Chiriquí and Diana Lemos of Panamá Oeste were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Rounding out the Top 7 finalists were the representatives of Bocas del Toro, Guadalupe Ureña, Las Perlas, Luisa López, Panamá Centro, Italy Peñaloza, and Veraguas, Karliz Moreno. Miss Alsace 2023 is Adeline Vetter for Miss France 2024

Adeline Vetter was crowned Miss Alsace 2023 in a regional competition held on Sunday, September 10 at the Royal Palace in Kirrwiller. The 27-year-old pharmacist from Rossfeld will now prepare to represent the historical region situated in northeastern France at Miss France 2024. She succeeds last year's winner Camille Sedira. Perrine Spinnhirny was named first runner-up while Carla Klein, Sarah Morin, and Pauline Ketterer were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The 94th Miss France will take place on December 16 at the Zénith de Dijon in Dijon. Indira Ampiot of Guadeloupe will crown her successor at the end of the much-awaited event. Miss Charm Malaysia 2024 is Rashmita Rasindran

Rashmita Rasindran was crowned Puteri Mutiara 2023 (Miss Charm Malaysia 2024) during the Pencarian Puteri Malaysia 2023 final held by Ratu Wanita Malaya organization on September 3 in Kuala Lumpur. The 24-year-old model and social activist from Selangor succeeded Shanned Jane (Miss Charm 2023 Top 20 semifinalist) and will now represent Malaysia at Miss Charm 2024 in Vietnam. Miss Universe Equatorial Guinea 2023 is Diana Hinestrosa

Miss Corisco, Diana Hinestrosa was crowned Miss Universe Equatorial Guinea 2023 during the Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2023 final held on Saturday, September 9 at Polideportivo de Malabo. The 25-year-old economic sciences graduate who is currently pursuing her master's in psychology will now represent Equatorial Guinea at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador. She succeeds last year's winner Alba Isabel Obama. Also crowned during the same event was the representative of Malabo, Nieves Bilora Lohoba, who clinched the title of Miss Internacional Guinea Ecuatorial 2023 (Miss International Equatorial Guinea 2023). She will now proceed to compete in Miss International 2023 in Japan this October. Last September 2, Carmen Nguema Mangué who represented Akurenam, was proclaimed Miss Mundo Guinea Ecuatorial 2023 (Miss World Equatorial Guinea 2023) and is now expected to participate in Miss World 2024. Cindy Inanto was crowned Miss Earth Indonesia 2023 during the Putri Nusantara 2023 final held last July 27 at Rennaisance, Nusa Dua in Bali. The 27-year-old computer engineer and data scientist succeeded last year's titleholder Karina Basrewan and will now represent Indonesia at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam this December. A total of 20 finalists have been selected to take part in the national competition which was attended by former Miss Earth Karen Ibasco with the reigning Miss Earth Mina Sue Choi and Miss Global Shane Tormes. Following rounds of online screenings, the Miss Ukraine Committee has officially announced the 25 contestants for the Miss Ukraine 2023 pageant. This year's event will be held in an online format where every Ukrainian will for the first time be able to participate as a jury by voting on the Miss Ukraine official website . According to the organizers, proceeds from the competition will be used to help and support those affected by the ongoing armed conflict in the country. Rachel Slawson, a 28-year-old Irish-American actress, keynote speaker, and model, has been officially appointed as Miss Grand Ireland 2023. The former Miss Utah USA and the first openly LGBTQ+ contestant at Miss USA, recently placed as the second runner-up at Miss Grand United States 2023 pageant in Chicago, Illinois. As a strong advocate for mental health and inclusivity, she is the founder of the "I Am Why Project" and the non-profit "Feelings Are Human" to create a positive impact in her community. Miss Earth 2023 grand final and coronation show has been officially announced to take place on December 22 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. SECC, the city's largest convention center, is conveniently located near a big local shopping center. It comprises four indoor exhibition halls totaling 40,000 square meters, an additional outdoor exhibition space of 15,000 to 20,000 square meters, and one 2,000-seat convention center. The 23rd edition of the Miss Earth pageant, to be organized by Carousel Productions and TNA Entertainment, is expected to welcome more than 80 contestants from across the planet to compete for the highly coveted international title. Pre-pageant events and activities are happening from November 28 until December 21. Further details including the schedules, hosts, and official hotel have yet to be revealed. An ecologist of Tongan and Scottish descent from Sydney, Helen Latukefu, was crowned Miss Earth Australia 2023 in a national competition held on Saturday, September 9 at the Tang Media Performing Arts Centre in Smithfield. The Top 5 finalists and elemental queens were Deborah Madriaga (Miss Earth Air), Kajol Chand (Miss Earth Water), Luna Ojacastro (Miss Earth Fire), and Patricia Sheeran (Miss Earth Charity). This year's Miss Earth Australia winner succeeds Sheridan Mortlock who placed in the Top 4 and clinched the Miss Earth Air title at Miss Earth 2022 last November in the Philippines.
