Havana, Cuba – A historic milestone in Cuban pageantry has been achieved as two sisters, Rachel Chang and Jennifer Chang, have been crowned to represent Cuba at two of the most prestigious international beauty pageants in the world. In a dazzling coronation ceremony filled with culture and elegance, the sisters made history as the first Cuban siblings to simultaneously hold national beauty titles.
