The Miss Teen USA 2023 final competition is taking place tonight at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada. The highly anticipated Miss Teen USA 2023 will take place tonight at the Grand Theatre of the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada. One teenager's life is about to change forever as she is crowned the 41st Miss Teen USA by outgoing queen Faron Medhi of Nebraska. The 51 contestants vying for Miss USA 2023 showcased their glittering state costumes during the Costume Show held on Wednesday, September 27 at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada. Miss Hawaii USA 2023 Savannah Gankiewicz bagged the award for the best state costume for her spectacular costume inspired by the banyan tree of Maui. The state costume show for Miss Teen USA 2023 was held on Wednesday, September 27 at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada. Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2023 UmaSofia Srivastava was announced as the winner for her honeybee-inspired costume designed by fashion designer Simon Villalba. The Honeybee is New Jersey's official state bug. "This costume is very special to me because my mom has called me her little bee all my life (swipe to the end), and to discover that the honeybee is New Jersey's state insect made the connection I feel to my wonderful state, that much deeper," she shared on social media after winning the award. "I'm so proud I got to channel my inner queen bee tonight because I believe that all of us can learn from the hardworking and selfless nature of the honeybee," she added. Reyna Choj was crowned Miss Earth Belize 2023 in a special coronation ceremony held on Monday, September 25 in San Ignacio, Belize.   The 21-year-old wildlife advocate and student currently pursuing a degree in biology at the University of Belize will represent her country at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam this December. Former Miss Earth Destiny Wagner, also from Belize, graced the event as a special guest. Oriane Mallet was crowned Miss Auvergne 2023 in a glittering event held on Sunday, September 24 at the Palais des Spectacles in Vals-près-le-Puy. The 22-year-old beauty hailing from Vichy, in the Allier department, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, will now represent the historical region of Auvergne at Miss France 2024 this December. Her predecessor, Alissia Ladevèze, finished as fourth runner-up in Miss France 2023 which was held last year in Châteauroux, Centre-Val de Loire.  A total of 15 contestants took part in this year's regional competition. Maya Aboul Hosn, a radio and television personality from Btekhnay, is set to represent Lebanon at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this November. The 25-year-old host at LBCI Lebanon was named first runner-up during the Miss Lebanon 2022 final held in Beirut in July last year. In a post on social media, she wrote, "Embarking on an incredible journey to represent Lebanon in the Miss Universe competition." "With love and pride for my hometown, let's shine on the global stage," she added. The new Miss Universe Lebanon succeeds last year's winner Yasmina Zaytoun who will soon travel to India to participate in Miss World 2023 in December. The lucky winner, to be crowned this Friday, September 29, will represent Hungary at the 72nd Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2023) in El Salvador. This year's national competition will be the first edition under the new license holder Dr. Nora Ozer. It will also mark the return of Hungary after withdrawing from last year's Miss Universe pageant. The country's last participation was in 2021 with Jázmin Viktória. Monika Čavlović was crowned Miss Earth Slovenia 2023 in a glittering national competition held on Saturday, September 23 at the Festival Hall in Ljubljana. The 23-year-old model and social sciences student from Nova Gorica bested 11 other finalists to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Lea Prstec who placed in the Top 20 at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines. Monika will now prepare to represent Slovenia at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam this December. Slovenia has yet to win Miss Earth since its debut at the international pageant in 2023. Its highest placement was in the Top 12 with Danijela Burjan in 2018.
