Dominican Republic's Maria Vargas crowned Miss Petite International 2020


Maria Vargas, representing the Dominican Republic, was crowned Miss Petite International 2020 in a glittering competition held last Saturday, March 27 in San Salvador, El Salvador.

The 25-year-old beauty succeeded Miss Petite International 2019, Diana Garcia of Panama. She was born in La Romana province and holds a social communication degree in audiovisual production.

Naisha Bautisma of Curacao and Elizabeth Rodríguez of El Salvador were the first and second runners-up, respectively.

Teen Petite International 2020 Jacqueline Albarran of the United States of America was also crowned in a separate competition. Her runners-up were Martadunia Lemus of Nicaragua and Julia Palmeira of Brazil.

Lilly Sødal was crowned Miss Norway 2024 (Miss Universe Norway 2024) during the national competition held last Saturday, August 10 at Rebel in Oslo. The 21-year-old sustainability advocate from Kristiansand received her crown from her predecessor, last year's winner Julie Tollefsen. She will now prepare to represent Norway at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. No stranger to pageantry, Lilly is a former Miss Earth Norway who competed in Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines where she made the Top 20. Miss Supranational Slovakia 2023 is Simona Leskovská

Former Miss Slovensko finalist Simona Leskovská has been officially appointed as Miss Supranational Slovakia 2023. Miss Slovakia organization made the announcement on Monday, April 3 via social media. The 31-year-old beauty is a well-known influencer and sports editor from Bratislava. She took part as one of the 12 finalists of Miss Slovensko 2015 and bagged the special title Miss Pierot for her beautiful hair. Simona succeeded last year's titleholder Jana Vozárová and will now prepare to represent her country at the Miss Supranational 2023 final in Poland this July. Kamilla Kiss crowned Miss Universe Hungary 2026

Kamilla Kiss, 25, was crowned Miss Universe Hungary 2026 on Friday, June 19 at Kálmán Imre Theater in Budapest. She beat 11 other contestants to win the national competition and will now prepare to represent Hungary at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Lilien Sarka and Kinga Óvári were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Universe Hungary succeeds last year's winner Kincső Dezsényi.
