Miss Universe Armenia 2020 is Monika Grigoryan


Monika Grigoryan has been officially named Miss Universe Armenia 2020. Miss Armenia organizers made the announcement on Monday, March 22.

The 21-year-old model and student from Yerevan finished first runner-up at Miss World Armenia 2019. She succeeds Dayana Davtyan and will now prepare to represent her country at the 69th Miss Universe competition this May in Florida, USA.

"Dreams are very important in our lives, they give us hope, illuminate, color our lives. Each of us can make our dreams come true by believing, making that dream a goal, and achieving it," she said in a caption to her official photo wearing her crown and sash.

Monika majors in English language and literature at a university of languages and social sciences named after Valery Bryusov. She went to an orphanage for charity and organized not only material support but also a beauty contest for children.

Armenia debuted at the Miss Universe pageant in 2018 with Eliza Muradyan as its first-ever representative.

Miss Universe Philippines 2025 is Maria Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province

Maria Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2025 on Friday, May 2 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The 27-year-old from  Candelaria bested 65 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. No stranger to pageantry, Ahtisa is a former  Binibining Pilipinas International titleholder who went on to place first runner-up at the Miss International 2018 competition in Japan. She eventually joined Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and finished second runner-up. The national organization then awarded her the title of Miss Cosmo Philippines. In October last year, she was sent to compete in the inaugural edition of the Miss Cosmo pageant in Vietnam where she made the Top 10. Meet the 5 winners of Miss Czech Republic 2025

The Miss Czech Republic 2025 national final took place on Saturday, May 3 at the Forum Karlín in Prague. Ten finalists competed the crowns at stake. Linda Górecká clinched the title of Miss World Czech Republic 2025 and is expected to represent her country at the 73rd Miss World. Laura Gnjatović beat 13 other contestants to win Miss Universe Croatia 2025 on Monday, April 28 at Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb. Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the sixth edition of the annual pageant has culminated last night at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Heavy favorite Maria Ahtisa Manalo, 27, from Candelaria, Quezon Province, bagged the crown among 66 contestants following a tough competition. She will compete in Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. The Philippines last won the Miss Universe crown in 2018 with Catriona Gray when the pageant was held in Bangkok, Thailand. Roci Pankov from Amazonas was crowned Universal Woman Brazil 2025 on Thursday, May 1 at Studio Stage in São Paulo. The married 36-year-old psychologist, entrepreneur and activist succeeds Carina Manzi and will represent Brazil at Universal Woman 2025 in Jaipur, India this June. Amanda Caldeira of Minas Gerais and Izadora Alves of Goiás were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Firsta Yufi Amarta Putri was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2025 on Saturday, May 2 at the Plenary Hall of the Jakarta International Convention Center in Jakarta. A total of 45 contestants from across the country battled it out to win the national title but the 23-year-old representative of Jawa Timur (East Java) emerged as the top winner.
