Miss Mundo Chile 2021 is Carol Drpic

Miss Patagonia, Carol Drpic, was crowned Miss Mundo Chile 2021 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Santiago last June 26.

The 21-year-old kinesiology student and classical ballet dancer will represent Chile at the Miss World 2021 pageant to be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico this December.

"Thank you for helping me make this dream possible. Today I am crowned Miss Chile World 2021 and I will have the honor and responsibility to represent you on December 16 in Puerto Rico," Carol shared on her social media page.

"Thanks to those who trusted me and the great team that for two years has been in charge of my evolution, it was hard and honest work that today makes me feel safe in front of this wonderful event," she added.

"Now to continue preparing, learning, and enjoying this experience that I am sure that together with you and your support we will achieve great results. Infinite thanks to all of you, I am very happy to wear the name of Chile on my chest. I will give my all."

Carol succeeds Miss Mundo Cile 2019 Ignacia Albornoz, and she will try to win her country's first-ever Miss World crown.

Miss Denmark 2026 is Simone Julie Lythje from Silkeborg

The Miss Denmark 2026 pageant, celebrating its 100th anniversary, took place on Sunday, September 13, at the renowned Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen. Simone Julie Lythje, a 21-year-old teaching assistant from Silkeborg, Jutland, has been named the new Miss Denmark. She was presented with her crown by her predecessor, Josephine Bøttger, who recently participated in Miss World 2026 held in Vietnam. Another notable winner from the event was 23-year-old Anne-Marie Olsvig Lauritzen from Ilulissat, who earned the title of Miss Greenland 2026. The competition also recognized Sofie Klivager Andersen, Helena Heiselberg Kjær, Maiken Bruun, and Susanne Saad as the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. France wins back-to-back Manhunt International titles

Dylan Palmerini from France was declared the winner of the Manhunt International 2026 competition on Wednesday, September 9, in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The 21-year-old model hailing from Marseille triumphed over more than 30 other contestants, achieving a remarkable back-to-back victory for his nation. He is now the third French winner of Manhunt International, following Adonis Renaud (2025) and Fabrice Bertrand Wattez (2002). Veera Grönlund, a 30-year-old from Helsinki, was crowned Miss Suomi 2026 (Miss Finland 2026) on Saturday, September 5, at Hybridiarena Hype in Espoo. The passionate animal advocate and aspiring veterinarian will represent Finland at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this coming November. Aleksandra Sofia Hannusaari, 22, from Tampere, and Sofia Singh, 30, from Helsinki, were awarded the titles of first and second runners-up, respectively. Ivana Carolina Irizarry, representing Puerto Rico, was crowned Universal Woman 2025 on Saturday, August 10 in Jaipur, India. The 30-year-old model, presenter and businesswoman made history as the first Puerto Rican woman to clinch the international title. She succeeds last year's winner Maria Gigante of the Philippines. Joheirry Mola Dominguez from the Dominican Republic bested 110 other contestants to win Miss World 2026 on Saturday, September 5 in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The 24-year-old model, teacher, news correspondent and advocate received the coveted crown and sash from her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand.
