Mrs. American Shaylyn Ford wins Mrs. World 2021 in Las Vegas


Mrs. American Shaylyn Ford was crowned Mrs. World 2021 in a glittering competition held at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Nevada on Saturday, January 15.

The 37-year-old hair and makeup artist from Ohio bested over 50 other contestants to win her international beauty title. She succeeds Kate Galligan Schneider of Ireland.

Jaclyn Nesheiwat Stapp of Jordan and Debanjali Kamstra of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) were the first and second runners-up, respectively.

Miss Universe 2024, the 73rd Miss Universe pageant will be held on November 16 at the the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico. The 28-year-old model, actor, and host bested over 30 other contestants to become the first-ever Filipino winner of the international male pageant. After a 23-year hiatus, Hong Kong is set to return to the Miss Universe stage this year with Miss Universe Hong Kong 2024 Joanne Rhodes.
