Miss World Cote d'Ivoire 2021 Olivia Yacé departs for 70th Miss World final


Miss World Cote D'Ivoire 2021 Olivia Yacé has departed for Puerto Rico to join the rest of the Top 40 semi-finalists in the 70th Miss World final next week.

The 24-year-old beauty who holds a degree in marketing and management proudly wore her country's colors in her departure outfit by Maison Elie Kuame.

In a post on social media, she shared several photos taken at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport with the caption "After 3 months of waiting, I look forward to my return to Puerto Rico to continue the Miss World adventure."

"I can't wait to be on this final date and see the most beautiful women in the world who have become sisters," she added.

Olivia also assured her followers they will be informed of her activities at the competition and encouraged everyone to stay regular on her site and share her content on Miss World's official website.

"Thank you to each of you for your constant love and support. I love you," she wrote as a final message before taking her flight to the Caribbean island.

Cote D'Ivoire's proud representative has been consistently one of the top favorites to win the Miss World title. She topped several fast track events including Top Model, Head to Head Challenge and Multimedia.

The 70th Miss World final competition will air live from the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Wednesday, March 16.

USA wins back-to-back Miss International Queen titles

Lo Colby of the USA was crowned Miss International Queen 2026 on Saturday, September 19 at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Pattaya, Thailand. The Hawaiian-born Thai-American transgender beauty based in Los Angeles bested 26 rival contestants to win the coveted title. She also bagged the Best in Talent award. Lo succeeds last year's winner and fellow American Midori Monét, securing an unprecedented back-to-back victory in Miss International Queen history. The Miss Denmark 2026 pageant, celebrating its 100th anniversary, took place on Sunday, September 13, at the renowned Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen. Simone Julie Lythje, a 21-year-old teaching assistant from Silkeborg, Jutland, has been named the new Miss Denmark. Daiana Stefani Pereyra has officially been named the new Miss Universe Argentina 2026 after the crowned titleholder Tamara Rogouski stepped down for personal reasons. Joheirry Mola Dominguez from the Dominican Republic bested 110 other contestants to win Miss World 2026 on Saturday, September 5 in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The 24-year-old model, teacher, news correspondent and advocate received the coveted crown and sash from her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand.
