Miss USA 2022 contestants depart for Reno, Nevada


After months of preparations, the Miss USA 2022 contestants are finally on their way to Reno, Nevada for the upcoming national competition.

This year's venue, the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino welcomes 51 of the country's most beautiful and talented young women representing the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Apart from the opportunity to represent the USA at the 71st Miss Universe in New Orleans this January, fantastic prizes also await the winner including a six-figure salary, a fully furnished condo, a luxury car, and more.

Miss USA 2022 will air live on FYI and Hulu Live on October 3 at 5pm PDT / 8pm EDT. American entertainment reporter and TV personality Zuri Hall will host the final show with Julissa Bermudez and Micah Jesse.

Miss USA 2025, the much-awaited 74th Miss USA pageant will be held on Friday, October 24 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. This year's competition marks the fourth occasion it will take place in Reno after 2019, 2022, and 2023. Also, this will be the first edition under the leadership of the new Chairman, President, and CEO, Thom Brodeur. The next Miss USA will head to Bangkok, Thailand to represent "the land of opportunity" at the highly anticipated Miss Universe 2025 pageant this November. Emma Mary Tiglao of the Philippines was crowned Miss Grand International 2025 on Saturday, October 18 at MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. The 30-year-old news anchor from Mabalacat City, Pampanga bested 76 other contestants to clinch the second golden crown for the Philippines. Sarunrat Puagpipat of Thailand, Aitana Carolina Jimenez of Spain, Faith Maria Porter of Ghana, and Nariman Battikha of Venezuela were announced the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.
