71st Miss Universe: MUBA Cosmetics' special shoot with five chosen queens


Five contestants of the ongoing 71st Miss Universe pageant were chosen to do a special shoot with official makeup sponsor MUBA Cosmetics.

The chosen queens were Miss Universe Bahrain Evlin Khalifa, Miss Universe Philippines Celeste Cortesi, Miss Universe South Africa Ndavi Nokeri, Miss Universe Spain Alicia Faubel, and Miss Universe Thailand Anna Sueangam-iam.

They were dolled up by the brand's makeup artists and wear creations by fashion designer Mario Parotto for the special shoot taken by Atlanta-based photographer Ida John.

MUBA Cosmetics was founded by Miami-based Colombian makeup artist and hairstylist Andres Felipe Cabrera.

Miss World 2025, the 72nd Miss World competition has officially begun in Telengana, India with the arrival of over 100 contestants vying for the highly coveted title. The beauties were checked into their official residence hotel, the Trident Hotel Hyderabad, and have been rehearsing for the opening ceremony this coming Saturday, May 10 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium. Miss Maine USA 2024 is Anne Baldridge

Anne Baldridge was crowned Miss Maine USA 2024 in a glittering state competition held on March 10 at Boston Marriott Burlington in Burlington, Maine. The 25-year-old TV news reporter representing Casco Bay bested 11 other contestants to win the state title. She succeeds last year's winner Juliana Morehouse Locklear. Anne holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Louisville and a master's in journalism from Ball State University. The Miss Czech Republic 2025 national final took place on Saturday, May 3 at the Forum Karlín in Prague. Ten finalists competed the crowns at stake. Linda Górecká clinched the title of Miss World Czech Republic 2025 and is expected to represent her country at the 73rd Miss World.
