Former Miss South Africa Jo-Ann Strauss to host Miss and Mister Supranational 2023 final shows


Former Miss South Africa Jo-Ann Strauss has been officially announced as the host of the much-awaited Miss and Mister Supranational 2023 finals in Poland this July.

After winning Miss South Africa 2000 and representing her country at Miss Universe and Miss World 2001, the South African beauty catapulted herself to a successful career as a model, television host, and entrepreneur.

She has interviewed some global superstars such as Charlize Theron, Antonio Banderas, and George Clooney, hosted an event for King Charles III, and presented the opening ceremony of the 2010 FIFA World Cup for a major German television network.

Extremely excited to host the upcoming final shows in Poland, she said, "The values of the organization, especially the 'Aspirational, Inspirational' tagline align with my own values."

"I am so excited to be sharing the experience with candidates that will be vying to become the next brand ambassadors for the Miss and Mister Supranational Organization," she added.

The 14th Miss Supranational will take place on July 14 while the 7th Mister Supranational will happen on July 15 at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska.
