Queen of the World Pageant 2024: Meet the winners


The 2024 Queen of the World international pageant was held on Thursday, April 25 at the Symphony Space Theatre in New York City, NY.

More than 30 contestants from around the world have gathered in "The Big Apple" to compete for the beauty titles at stake in four divisions.

Meet the winners:

Miss Queen of the World 2024 - Maya Ramsahoye (Canada)

Mrs. Queen of the World 2024 - Jennifer Lloyd (Korea)

Ms Queen of the World 2024 - Doris Kiki (Hong Kong)

Elite Queen of the World 2024 - Kristi Wischnack (USA)

Last year's queens, Krishangee Gauree of India, Rachell Diaz of the Philippines, Hannah Bott and Arnessa Bennett of the USA, crowned their respective successors at the end of the event.

The annual Queen of the World Pageant is a modern, glamorous, and inclusive competition produced by Beauty Redefined Productions with founder and CEO Alice Lee Giannetta.

Miss Hawaii USA 2023 is Savannah Gankiewicz

Miss Wailea Savannah Gankiewicz was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2023 in a state competition held on Sunday, January 15 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. The 27-year-old model of Filipino, Vietnamese and Polish descent from Maui was also awarded Miss Photogenic. She will now represent Hawaii at the Miss USA 2023 pageant in Reno, Nevada later this year. Kawena Kan-Hai, Breea Yamat, Mikayla Baptista, and Ronelle Valera were announced as the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Last year's titleholder who competed in Miss USA 2022 last October, Kiana Yamat, passed the crown to her successor at the end of the event. Another winner proclaimed at the same venue was Miss Hawaii Teen USA 2023 Noelani DeNisi. She was crowned by her predecessor Malulani Paiste and will be heading to the Miss Teen USA 2023 pageant. The Miss Republica Dominicana 2024 (Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2024) final will be held this Sunday, May 5 at Centro de Convenciones Sambil in Santo Domingo. Eighteen contestants representing various places and international communities of the Dominican Republic are vying for the national title. One of them will succeed last year's winner Mariana Downing and will represent the Caribbean nation at the 73rd Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2024) in Mexico this November. Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2024 is Celinee Santos Frias

Celinee Santos Frias was crowned Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2024 during the Miss Republica Dominicana 2024 final competition held on Sunday, May 5 at Centro de Convenciones Sambil in Santo Domingo. The 24-year-old model and actress, representing Distrito Nacional, will now represent the Dominican Republic at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico later this year. Melissa Nuñez of the Dominican Community in the USA was named first runner-up while Haidy Cruz of Monte Cristi finished as the second runner-up. Gemmy Quelliz of Santo Domingo Este, Alba Blair of Jarabacoa, and Karibel Perez of Santiago were the third, fourth, and fifth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Universe Dominican Republic succeeds the previous winner Mariana Downing who unfortunately unplaced during last year's Miss Universe competition. Breea Yamat was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2024 during the state final competition held on Friday, April 19 at Royal Hawaii Center Theater. The 27-year-old Mexican-Filipina beauty from Oahu will now prepare to represent Hawaii at Miss USA 2024 in Hollywood, California in August. Noelia Voigt steps down as Miss USA 2023

Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt officially announced her shocking resignation as titleholder in a post on social media on Monday, May 6.s "I realize this may come as a large shock to many. Never compromise your physical and mental well-being. Our health is our wealth," she wrote. "A million thank you's to all of you for your constant and unwavering support. Time to write the next chapter. I hope you’ll stick around to see what's next," she added. The Miss USA organization also released a statement on social media: "We respect and support Noelia’s decision to step down from her duties. The well-being of our titleholders is a top priority, and we understand her need to prioritize herself at this time." As for Noelia's replacement, the organization said, "We are currently reviewing plans for transferring responsibilities to a successor, and we will soon announce the crowning of the new Miss USA." The Miss Universe Curacao 2024 final coronation will be held on May 25 at Sandals Royal Curacao in Willemstad. A total of 10 beauties are currently vying for the national title. Former Miss Oregon Teen USA, Shayla Montgomery, was crowned Miss Oregon USA 2024 on Saturday, May 4 at the Sherwood Center for the Arts in Sherwood, Oregon. The 22-year-old registered nurse, representing Portland, will now prepare to represent the "Beaver State" at Miss USA 2024 this August in Hollywood, California. She succeeds last year's winner, physicist and aspiring astronaut  Manju Bangalore . Reigning Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios' emotional parade in the Philippines

Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios received a grand welcome motorcade on Sunday, May 5 at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex in Pasay City. The beauty queen from Nicaragua arrived in the Philippines on May 1 as part of her Asia Tour and as a special guest of the Miss Universe Philippines organization. Fans flocked to MOA to give her the warmest Filipino welcome. The reigning Miss Universe became emotional when she was handed the Nicaraguan flag during her parade. To recall, Sheynnis has not been back to her home country since winning the 72nd Miss Universe last November in San Salvador, El Salvador. Samantha Poole bested 11 other finalists to be crowned Miss New Zealand 2024 (Miss International New Zealand 2024) on Sunday, May 5 at Bruce Mason Centre in Takapuna Beach. The 21-year-old model and digital design graduate of Auckland University of Technology will represent New Zealand at Miss International 2024 in Tokyo, Japan later this year.
