Miss North Dakota USA 2024 is Codi Miller


Miss Western North Dakota, Codi Miller, was crowned Miss North Dakota USA 2024 last Sunday, May 12 at the Watertown Events Center in Watertown, South Dakota.

The 31-year-old former Miss North Dakota Teen USA just broke the records as the oldest woman to have ever won Miss North Dakota USA.

Codi was crowned Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2009 and went on to compete in the Miss Teen USA 2009 pageant held in Nassau, The Bahamas.

She had to join Miss North Dakota USA many times before finally winning her coveted state title during Sunday's state competition.

After the Miss USA organization announced the scrapping of the age limit and welcomed women of all ages, Codi took the chance to join again.

"I decided to quietly enter. I focused on my heart and mind. One of my best friends, referring to trying now 7 times, asked me if resiliency was enough to win," she wrote online.

"I am here to tell you: NEVER WEAKEN when you hear no. Everything happens for a reason because God has a plan. You just have to be patient. Focus on positive outlets to keep a positive outlook on life," she added.

Codi will now prepare to represent North Dakota at Miss USA 2024 in Hollywood, California this August. She succeeds last year's winner, Kenyan-American Monni Nyaribo.

Olivia Odenbrett, representing Brandon, took home the title of Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2024 and will also be traveling to California in the summer for Miss Teen USA 2024.

Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 is Abbigail Sturgin

Lao-Kiwi Abbigail Sturgin was crowned Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 on Tuesday, June 24 at the SkyCity Theatre in Auckland. The 28-year-old police officer succeeds last year's winner Victoria Velasquez Vincent and will represent New Zealand at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Nathalie Yasmin Mogbelzada, representing Noord-Holland, was proclaimed the winner of Miss Universe Netherlands 2025 on Saturday, July 5 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. The 28-year-old beauty from Amsterdam was crowned by her predecessor  Faith Landman and will now prepare to represent the Netherlands at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Pastry chef and model Swann Lavigne from France was proclaimed Mister Supranational 2025 on Saturday, June 28 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Miss Universe Czech Republic 2025 is Michaela Tomanová

Michaela Tomanová was crowned Miss Universe Czech Republic 2025 (Miss Universe Czechia) on Wednesday, June 25 at Chateau de Frontiere in Hlohovec. The 27-year-old mother, model and scientist from Prague will represent the Czech Republic at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November.
