Miss New Jersey USA 2024 is Jabili Kandula


Jabili Kandula was crowned Miss New Jersey USA 2024 during the state final held on Sunday, June 23 at Hilton Parsippany in Parsippany-Troy Hills.

The 24-year-old Indian-American, representing Hoboken, succeeds last year's winner and Miss USA 2023 Top 20 semifinalist Derby Chukwudi.

Jabili will now prepare to represent the "Garden State" in the upcoming Miss USA 2024 pageant in Hollywood, California this August.

The new Miss New Jersey USA holds a degree in journalism from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.

She is a private pilot and an associate editor for the Aviation for Women and Aviation for Girls magazines at Women in Aviation International.

The title of Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2024 went to Julia Livolsi and she will now proceed to compete in Miss Teen USA 2024, also in California this summer.

Former Miss World France Ophély Mézino was crowned Miss Universe Guadeloupe 2025 in a special coronation ceremony held on Saturday, July 12. The 26-year-old model succeeds last year's titleholder Coraly Desplan and will now prepare to represent Guadeloupe at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. Ornella Millitie was named first runner-up while Océane Millitie, Judith Brumant-Lachoua, and Madly Marian were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Universe Guatemala 2025 recently kicked off in Guatemala City with the official presentation of the 24 contestants vying for the crown. The national final will be held this July in Quetzaltenango where the reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark is expected to visit as a special guest.
