Meet the winners of Miss Senegal 2024


Mame Fama Gaye was crowned Miss Senegal 2024 (Miss World Senegal 2024) during the national competition held last Friday, July 12 at the Grand Theatre National De Dakar.

The 24-year-old model from Fatick will represent at the 72nd Miss World next year. She succeeds Fatou L'eau, Senegal's representative during the 71st Miss World in Mumbai, India last March.

Fatou Guèye, 23, from Louga, was named first runner-up and will head to Mexico for Miss Universe 2024 this November. She will be the first Miss Universe Senegal in over three decades.

Senegal, a country in West Africa, debuted at Miss Universe 1974 and its last participation was during Miss Universe 1987.

The second runner-up, 23-year-old Mayram Ly from Dakar, has been appointed the first-ever Miss Cosmo Senegal and will participate in Miss Cosmo 2024 in Vietnam this October.

Miss Universe Israel 2025 is Melanie Shiraz of Caesarea

Melanie Shiraz, representing Caesarea, was proclaimed the winner of Miss Universe Israel 2025 in a competition held on Thursday, July 17 at Hilton Aventura in Miami, Florida. The 26-year-old Israeli entrepreneur and creative will represent Israel at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. She was crowned by her predecessor, last year's winner Ofir Natalie Korsia. "Last night was unforgettable and special beyond words. It is such an honor to be given the privilege to represent Israel on an international stage," the new Miss Universe Israel shared online. Olivia Yace to represent Côte d'Ivoire at Miss Universe 2025

Olivia Yace has been officially appointed by the Miss Côte d'Ivoire Committee (COMICI) as Miss Universe Côte d'Ivoire 2025. An official announcement was made by the national pageant organization on Wednesday, July 23 thru social media. They wrote, "Join us in celebrating Olivia as she embarks along with COMICI in this exciting journey, representing our country on the global stage." Olivia is a 27-year-old model and tourism ambassador of her country. She will now prepare to represent Côte d'Ivoire at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. She is no stranger to pageantry, having won Miss Côte d'Ivoire 2021 and went on to participate in the 70th Miss World in Puerto Rico where she finished second runner-up. Lina Luaces crowned Miss Universe Cuba 2025

Lina Luaces was crowned Miss Universe Cuba 2025 in a national competition held last July 8 at Milander Park in Hialeah, Florida, USA. The 22-year-old model representing Santiago de Cuba succeeds last year's winner Marianela Ancheta who made the Top 30 at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico. Lisbeth Fernández of Pinar del Río and Vanessa Villareal of Región Oriente were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Haley Poe, a pre-medical student from Erie, Pennsylvania was proclaimed Miss Earth USA 2025 on July 6 at the Hamilton Hotel in Washington, D.C.
