'Impactuful Crown' for Miss Cosmo 2024 officially unveiled


The winning crown for the inaugural edition of the newest international pageant Miss Cosmo has been officially unveiled.

Designed by Vietnamese artist Tran Chi Nguyen, the "Impactful Crown" was sponsored and made by Ngoc Chau Au (NCA Diamonds & Jewelry).

The exquisite masterpiece was selected following an extensive international crown design competition. It comprises a 22-carat emerald blue diamond, 122 carats white diamonds, and 116 carats blue sapphires.

Inspired by the vast galaxy, the "Impactful Crown" conveys a message of harnessing inner strength to spread positive impact and contribute to the world's mission.

It also comes with an equally captivating tiara for the runner-up which was crafted in pure platinum with a central blue sapphire, adorned with 81 carats marquis sapphires and 86 carats white diamonds.

Miss Cosmo 2024 will be held this Saturday, October 5 at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery. Samuel Nwajagu of Nigeria was proclaimed the grand winner of the Mister International 2024 pageant on Saturday, December 14 in Bangkok, Thailand. Aside from the international title, the 23-year-old model also bagged the Best in Swimsuit award. He succeeds last year's winner from Thailand, Kim Goodburn. Amadea Zupan was crowned Miss Slovenia 2024 (Miss World Slovenia) in a national competition held on Friday, January 10 in Lendava. The 26-year-old medical student at the University of Ljubljana beat 12 other contestants to win the title. She received the crown from her predecessor Alida Tomanič. Miss America 2024 will be the 96th edition of the Miss America pageant — the nation's leading provider of scholarships for young women. The 51 state representatives have already been crowned and they will compete for the national title on January 14 at the Walt Disney Theater (Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts) in Orlando, Florida.
