Miss CosmoWorld 2024 is Valeria Sizova of Australia


Valeria Sizova, representing Australia, was crowned Miss CosmoWorld 2024 on Wednesday, November 20 at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.

The 32-year-old model bested over 30 other contestants to win the international pageant. She succeeds last year's winner Shelby Ann Howell from the USA.

Disa Dungal from Iceland and Samantha Viktoria Acosta from the Philippines were named the first and second runners-up, respectively.

The new Miss CosmoWorld is originally from Russia. She is a former contestant in "Australian Survivor: Titans v Rebels" reality TV show (ninth season).

Valeria runs her own dance entertainment company in Sydney. No stranger to pageantry, she has previously won the titles of Miss Multiverse, Miss Swimsuit Australia, and Miss Russia Australia.

Miss Universe 2025 competition kicks off in Bangkok, Thailand

The 74th Miss Universe pageant has officially commenced in Bangkok, Thailand, as over 120 beauties from across the world gather to vie for the most coveted crown. Clad in their arrival ensembles, the contestants were escorted to the Chatrium Hotel & Residence Riverside Bangkok, one of the official accommodations for this year's event. Following their arrivals, among the initial official activities lined up for the contestants were registrations, photoshoots, fittings, and rehearsals for the grand finale. Polish-American Emily Reng was officially announced by the Miss Polonia organization as Miss Universe Poland 2025 on Wednesday, October 22. The 20-year-old will now prepare to represent Poland at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this coming November. Emily is a graduate of John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois and is currently a student at the University of South Carolina. The new Miss Universe Poland is no stranger to pageantry. Audrey Eckert from Nebraska bested 50 other contestants to be crowned Miss USA 2025 on Friday, October 24 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. The 23-year-old digital safety advocate and a former Husker cheerleader also bagged the Best in Swimsuit award. during the preliminary competition.
