Miss Universe Honduras 2025 is Alejandra Fuentes of Olancho


Alejandra Fuentes was crowned Miss Universe Honduras 2025 in a glittering national competition held on July 10 in San Pedro Sula.

The 31-year-old from Olancho succeeds last year's winner Stephanie Cam and will represent Honduras at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November.

Woldie Duron of Tegucigalpa, Valeria Gonzalez of Copán and Luisa Pineda of San Pedro Sula were the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively.

Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark visited the country to attend the national pageant as special guest.

The new Miss Universe Honduras holds a degree in international relations and a master's in corporate communication. She is passionate about advocating for human rights and mental health.

"You can't imagine the excitement and commitment I feel wearing this sash and crown that certifies me as your Miss Universe Honduras," Alejandra shared online.

"I'm ready to begin this adventure with you, and above all, ready to work for my country," she added.

Miss Universe Paraguay 2026 is Gretha Matiauda

Former Miss Earth Paraguay Gretha Matiauda has recently been appointed as her country's official representative in the Miss Universe 2026 pageant. The 24-year-old beauty from Asunción is an economist, international model and entrepreneur. She succeeds last year's titleholder Yanina Gómez who made the Top 30 at Miss Universe 2025. Phan Phuong Oanh was proclaimed the winner of the Miss World Vietnam 2025 pageant held on Sunday, March 29 in Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnam to host the 73rd Miss World competition this summer

Vietnam, the land of the "Ascending Dragon", has been revealed as the official host country of the 73rd Miss World (Miss World 2026) competition. Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark will hand over her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the event.
