Miss Universe Aruba 2025 is Hannah Arends


Hannah Arends was crowned Miss Universe Aruba 2025 on Sunday, August 10 at the Paseo Herencia Ballroom in Noord.

The 28-year-old bested three other beauties to win the national title. She will represent Aruba at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November.

Emily van Spaandonk, Sammie van Pinxteren and Tishaina Silvania were the rest of the contestants who are also expected to compete in various international pageants.

The new Miss Universe Aruba succeeded last year's winner Anouk Eman who made the Top 30 at Miss Universe 2024 last November in Mexico.

Hannah is originally from Savaneta and is a graduate of the University of Aruba with a bachelor's degree in law.

Miss World Italy 2026 is Mia Zottoli Montanaro from Puglia

Mia Zottoli Montanaro was proclaimed the winner of Miss Mondo Italia 2026 (Miss World Italy) last Sunday, June 14 at the Ecoresort Le Sirenè in Gallipoli. The 21-year-old model and former volleyball player of Argentine descent from Taranto, Puglia was crowned by her predecessor Sofia Viola. Basma Zaid of Basilicata and Azzura Sandrini of Lombardia were announced the first and second runners-up, respectively. Caterina Noghera of Veneto, Lara Boemio of Toscana, and Ginevra Pagano of Campania rounded out the Top 6 finalists. Miss Universe Norway 2024 is Lilly Sødal from Kristiansand

Lilly Sødal was crowned Miss Norway 2024 (Miss Universe Norway 2024) during the national competition held last Saturday, August 10 at Rebel in Oslo. The 21-year-old sustainability advocate from Kristiansand received her crown from her predecessor, last year's winner Julie Tollefsen. She will now prepare to represent Norway at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. No stranger to pageantry, Lilly is a former Miss Earth Norway who competed in Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines where she made the Top 20. Athenna Crosby of California bested over 40 other contestants to win the Miss World America 2024 pageant on Sunday, November 17 in Seattle, Washington. The 26-year-old American-Venezuelan model and actress succeeds last year's winner Victoria DiSorbo and will now prepare to represent the United States of America at the 72nd Miss World. Kimberly Nwankolo of Oregon was named first runner-up while Anne Li of the District of Columbia, Aishwarya Kumar of Central Washington, and Heather Alexia Santos of Washington were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The 23-year-old qualified beach lifeguard from Newquay, Cornwall bested 39 other contestants to win the national title. Lazio's Lucilla Nori was crowned Miss Universe Italy 2025 on Sunday, August 31 at Villa Cafiero in San Ferdinando di Puglia. The 26-year-old professional model and fashion sciences graduate from Anzio triumphed over 20 other contestants to win the national title.
